I had the book years ago, was married, living in Missouri, never read the book. Now divorced, a nurse, diagnosed with what they say is am incurable disease, in NYC helping with the pandemic. Passed this video multiple times, clicked on it today. I thought I was healed, I AM, healed, speaking my future and not my temporary condition...I'm ready. I'm ready to rise to my highest self. Im ready now.

Supanova Slom went live on IG when this pandemic first started and said three words that made me dig deeper into my healing. “purify or die” and from that moment I ordered Queen Afua book. I stopped eating red meat. Starting drinking lemon and lime water. Doing my journaling and even found me a therapist. So happy to see them on this platform

She speaks so much truth. A few years ago I was having the worse menstruals, I was pre diabetic, and had fibroids. Of course the doctors recommend surgery for the fibroids and birth control for the heavy painful periods. I declined, I began changing my diet (was vegan for a year) and exercising again...My menstruals improved naturally. I purchased her book a few weeks ago.
I’m sure doctors told you at some point that losing weight and exercising would help you. This lady isn’t saying anything new. Doctors have been telling people to change their diet for years, and they don’t do it until they are chronically ill. Then some charlatan comes along preaching veganism and you finally choose to change your diet, and the charlatan gets the credit when your health improves? Why didn’t you listen to your doctor the first time? That just makes you stubborn, it doesn’t mean that this woman knows something your doctor doesn’t. The reason a lot of doctors just straight to surgery or medication is because people don’t listen when it comes to adapting healthier lifestyles, and drastic options have to be considered.

Went to the gym today and could barely bend without having sharp pain in my left knee. I said I need to rehab my knee with natural ways before seeing a doctor. I found this right on time.

If you have the opportunity to attend a retreat I believe you will enjoy it as well as learn a lot.

I know some American Black women can be hesitant to read the Sacred Woman because they come from different religious backgrounds but you can use this book to help you grow closer to your Womanhood. As a Christian woman, the Sacred Woman's Book helped me to honor, embrace, and celebrate my Womanhood, Womb, Beauty, Creativity, Feminine Energy, and Femininity. We underestimate and lack understanding regarding the gut to brain relationship.
I started juicing about 3 weeks ago and notice a change in my energy and my menstrual is very light and less days. I went from a heavy flow 7 days a week to very light 3-5 days. I use greens, beets, carrots, ginger and apple in different recipes.

I'm starting to detox not just my body but my mind from the information and foolishness thats coming into it and I feel better in myself , socail media is not healthy for us, detox from it if you can, from 80% do 10% once your mind is clear you can focus on body and overall health... im fasting and feeling so good
Food is Business and salts and suger is the ingredients of addiction they put in it
