This was my first car. I still have dreams about running out of oil and I'm 50! Although as a 16 year old girl I think I drove better. I notice you do not have a Madonna cassette so right away this video is unrealistic. hahahahahaha
Save 5th gear for the highway! You’re short shifting just about every gear, RPM is your friend with this small engine. This driving style is better suited to a big block Chevy
Your shifts are to often I’ve owned my spider 🕷️for 22 years. Watch some videos on driving the Alfa. You don’t need to go through your gears so short. Use 5th on the Highway or at highway speed only.. You might want to try double clutching your 2nd gear shift also it’s sounding a bit worn! These cars crave high revs and to be driven! I even wear wrestling shoes to help my shifts because my size 11s are a bit tight in there! Like I said watch a video on guys driving Alfa spiders and try to mimic what you see!
Had my 88 veloce barn find for 10 years. Power winders and sort of Ac. Cranky synchros and all. Lovely car. Should have kept. Always started.
Looks like a very fun little car!
And you are out of gas. "Benjamin things seems a bit half baked". I have a 1984 Spider and it's a blast to drive when everything is work right.
What engine is in this Alfa? 1.6 or 2.0?
It's a Veloce so probably 2.0

Been seeing a lot of these little cars around Santa Monica, California. Been wanting one now so badly. They look like an experience to drive.

Calm down and enjoy the video
Um , no he drove the car just fine. You don't have a clue.
Agreed, not letting the gas go after pressing the clutch kinda ticked me off lol
Is It a Coda Tronca? Are you sure about 1985? 😅
Whow sad how bad some guys drive beautiful Alfas sono male
Really! All the power (and lovely sound!) is between 4500 - 7000 rpm! ;-)
