That line was epic, though it led to a missed opportunity for what could have been a truly magnificent pop culture parody moment: Imagine the show having a scene with a parody of those infamous old LifeAlert bracelet commercials, with Stan activating the bracelet and saying "Help! I've fallen and I refuse to get up!"
The way Stan said in your face Elizabeth implies ( at least to me) that Stan met Queen Elizabeth they really disliked each other so being the extremely petty and vindictive man he is Stan relishes in seeing her put down even if it’s only a televised actor portrayal. I don’t know if this makes sense but I’m head cannoning it because the mental image is hilarious to me.

Whenever I saw the way the show looked during promos, I would say "This looks dumb... I can't believe this show has won so many awards. People have no tastes these days..." Then a friend sent me a video entitled "Another goody episode filled with silly jokes for kids." My opinion on the show changed, but I still thought the animation could be better. That culminated in me losing my remote when watching Phineas and Ferb on Disney+. I still didn't wanna watch it because... I was a prick. XD
