Great video!!! It was interesting because as i was watching it, I couldn't help but think about the current moratorium on evictions and on situations where people have bought a home but due to COVID (and/or other reasons) the seller did not move out! There was a big story on Inside Edition where this happened in So Cal. The buyer bought the home, has made payments since last year but the seller is still residing in the home!!! Crazy!!! Maybe you guys can do a video on how COVID has effected home sales, showings, etc. Just a thought. Keep up the great content!
Hey, Chad. Thanks for watching and asking this question. You might be thinking of real property vs personal property. Real property will be everything the house stands on. Think about the land, the space, they sky above the house. Personal property are the items and furniture you would find inside the house. Think about refrigerators, couches, TVs. Hope this helps!
