I think this is targeting pod image from USAF F-16s.The weapons dropped should be GBU-15 and GBU-12.However, it included a shot of bombing the civilian area.
You're right that it's a MITL weapon. MITL weapons are more common on 2-seaters like the 15E, which is probably what this is. The last clip is a Sniper pod and is probably a viper.
