Yea, made this with only one dough, I don't feel like making extra crumble toppings...just break/tear this dough into smaller bits...no perfection here, we go rustic!
Muffin liners just make things so much easier!

Ingredients
130g unsalted butter
1 egg yolk
40g granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
100g cake flour
100g all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
60g jam of your choice
40g chocolate ganache / nutella
Bake at 180C for 15-20min
*The dough is bit sticky, oil your hand/wearing glove helps
*Try to break the dough as smaller possible, or you may cut out smaller xmas shape too! just to give it extra Christmas vibe.
