Hello, i have a question, are you not allowed to do a piano tutorial for a piece that is not in a public domain? Or you just cant get the sheets to do the transcription?
Just to clear the air on this. It's illegal to broadcast copyrighted music unless you have permission from the copyright owner. However, if I am to play the piece with my own hands (like Rousseau for example) then that's acceptable - which is probably what I'll start doing at some point. You can also do a tutorial like actually teaching the piece through the platform, but synthesia is more of a self learning and visualisation tool - it's more broadcasting than actual teaching. Surely, it's used for learning the piece, but it's not me teaching you, it's you teaching yourself by using the video. The rules are different in different countries.
