Hello: I just found your channel. This is impressive and I want to do that for my 350Z Roadster as well. However, you did not show the fan on full blast to see if there was any restriction or pull from the fan on the filter you installed. Please let me know. Thank You.
No problems with restrictive air flow, works just like OEM!!!

I would think that if anyone out there can't be bothered to remove the fan via the floorboard area, you could do this and nuke the shit out of that skanky ass fan and housing with lysol and febreeze. The febreeze that kills mold and smells great. It's the squeeze trigger bottle that will say "kills mold for up to 30 days". That should kill the smell for a long time and is easily repeatable with what this dude has shown here. Removing and cleaning the fan is a bitch and a pain in the ass to do.
now this is very creative. How did you come up with the idea? is it cheaper? or just quicker than ordering one?
They don't make an air Filter for this car, so we created one!

This is for 350z ac if set to outside air ,but how if set to circulate from inside air?if The air is just circulate inside the car that means no filter ..
Yes, it only filters the outside air!

Does this reduce the flow of air in any measurably noticeable way? Az requires the heaviest air flow I can possibly maintain.
No flow restrictions, AC works great!!
Nissan PLEASE take notes, now here are some more ideas for you to steal and reverse engineer. Perhaps next, the population can teach you how to paint an interior so it doesn't flake off in a few years, or how to build a engine that does not consume 1qt. of oil every 1k miles. Or working power windows, evap/emission tubes, etc.

It's not too hard, just spray down the engine bay with 303 aerospace protectant , link for this product is in my valve cover job video! Then just wipe All your hoses and wires, it protects plastic and rubber superbly!
Ya...or a 5th bow motor that works (roadsters)...

What happens if the filter gets suck into the vent?
Hasn't happened to me yet, still working well! If it did happen, just remove the blower motor and retrieve the filter!

So far, no damage to my car!!
