half ts turmeric
1 ts black pepper
half ts cayenne
1 ts allspice
half ts cardamom
small pinch cinnamon
small pinch clove
1 ts MSG
half ts sugar
1,5 ts salt
1,5 tbs olive oil
Garlic sauce
4 tbs mayo
4 tbs greek yoghurt
2 tbs vinegar
4-5 garlic cloves
pinch of sugar
pinch of salt
600 g boneless chicken thighs (1,5 pounds)
Lebanese bread, pita, saj, lavash or tortilla..
Pickled cucumber. The salty sour ones not sweet.
French fries
Pomegranade molasses
Optionally red onion, tomatoes, parsley, hot sauce..
Recipe makes enough for 4 medium or 2 BIG wraps
