      @@devraj1919 It's a bit more complicated than giving one answer. First of all Belgium has double taxation treaties with some other countries, so you might not pay the tax if you earn money abroad. You for sure wont pay tax if you live atleast 6 months in another country. And if you move business to some other country like Russia and probably China. They can't know what you are doing there. In a lot of other countries they can request how much money you have on your bank account (for about +-10 years now), some countries not. But if you move your just contact experts in that field to advice you. You won't pay anything.

      @@devraj1919 Oh yeah and Sweden for example has move tax, but I'm sure there are work around of that. There is a reason business want to leave these type of countries and move tax is basically a theft. Just like inheritance tax.

    • @sleepyjoe7843
      @sleepyjoe7843 6 місяців тому +2

      It's before taxes. After taxes you are left with 1500 and you still have other taxes. Like sales tax (BTW 21%), sugar tax, fuel tax etc. So you can imagine total taxcetion is about 70%.

      How do you guys afford rent?
      You are Belgian, so I am sure, that you already know this.
      But in-case if you don't; I would like to say that Belgium is offering up-to 300euro a month, to anyone who stops driving their car. so if you live in a large Belgian city, then I am sure you could get around just fine by using public transit. and you could cash in on the 300 euro a month.

    51000 a year is 4250 euros per month. That's a lot. Like, an average wage after tax is 1800 euros. So yes, u pay a lot in taxes if u earn 100 000 euros a year but not many ppl earn that amount. U can live very comfortable with 4250 euros a month. Trust me. Also, there are many fiscal rules u can use to earn 100 000 euros without paying so much tax. For example, if u have a second job (flexi job) which u do maybe 1 day week, that wage is tax free. Also, even if 4250 euros is not enough for u (idk how), with a job like that, u surely get a company car (insurance included), meal vouchers etc. I don't see the complaint about the tax. The ppl who should complain about the tax are the middle class.
