    This is exactly what anyone moving out of India needs. Could you please also share your views and videos on:
    1. What essentials to carry when relocating from India to Belgium?
    2. How to create bank account? The essential tips which bank to chose, fees, benefits, etc.
    3. How to maintain money transfer to family back in your home country?
    Thanks a bunch for this video. Extremely thoughtful and helpful! :)

      @@honeychillistories I must tell you that more genuine video and I liked it ☺️☺️
      added to the previous questions, pls also add the following.
      1. Mention the limit of transfering amount to Indian account.
      2. Can we send send money to any account? Coz, my frnd who worked in UAE, he can't send his money to account unless he registered their bank account.
      3. You mentioned about 2nd hand, then how about electronic gadgets?? If we wish to buy a new one before coming there, should we buy it there or here in India??

    • @honeychillistories
      @honeychillistories  3 роки тому +2

      1. I don't know about the limit but I know people who transfer around 2 lakhs Rs every month back to India.
      2. You can only send to NRE accounts.
      3. It is good to buy in Belgium because power rating is different from India

    As a family of four living in Belgium we spend around €800 a month on groceries and another €150 a month on household items. I find food to be more and more expensive since covid. France is much cheaper for example.

      I recently moved to Portugal and realize same. It is true that we can save more in India.
      But basically we save for kids education, health and retirement. With social security in European countries all these are free. and because of that even if you save less in these countries, it makes sense.

    This is such a great video and helps me a lot because im almost ready to move to antwerp! I have a quick questions, how much is the cost for laundries or laundromats in belgium? or would it be better to get an apartment with a washing machine and dryer?
    How is biking in belgium on days when weather is raining or when it is winter in belgium?

    • @honeychillistories
      @honeychillistories  3 роки тому +5

      Thank you so much 🥰 Laundries are great here. I found this information on net- Always open. Safe and quiet. The laundry mashines (wassen) prices go from 3.50€ to 4.50€ and 8.00€ for the biggest one. The dryer prices are 1.50€ for 10 minutes.
      Regarding bikes, the locals are used to riding them in all weathers. Unless the weather is extremely bad, bikes can be used

      Would it be better to just have your own washing machine and dryer rather than going to laundromats? (trying to look for an apartment with a washing machine and dryer installed) wanted to get your opinion.
      Would be cool too if you had a video for installations of the different utilities and steps unless its like straightforward or like the requirements needed

    Please answer me. I am fluent in Chinese and Arabic, but I do not have a certificate. Do you think that they may accept the employment of a foreign person as a language teacher in Belgium without a certificate??? And thanks for all your videos
