This is my first time clicking the ad and I did not regret clicking it.
Watching this after seeing his $2m recovery vid. Is so crazy. He really took it by the balls and went with it man! Truly inspiring
What happened
@That Person That's very nice of Joe. Meanwhile i found the video. Thank you nevertheless
@That Person Can’t buy much with crypto/bitcoin anyway.
@@boundariessetinstone5893 you can sell the coin on exchanges and get your respective country’s currency
Looks like Joe's found his calling, as a crypto hardware saviour.
people dont realize how big of a deal this is :D
Came here to find people that looked into him after the Trezor wallet hack 🤣
...and I'm sure it pays very well!! Go Joe! Actually, I thought the NSA would bribe him, but nope, a real American
@@jasonvessies8795 yeap the algorithm works ok
@@jasonvessies8795 yeah, I also come here after that Trezor wallet :D
Finally an ad worth clicked! 😁👍🏻
This ad was more interesting than the video I clicked on. Good job!
Same 😂😅
true
Joe is one of the best humans I have ever met. Thank you for sharing your story.
This is what my parents think of me when I restart the router to fix the wifi and turn Airplane on and off to fix mobile data.
These guys and L0pht were a huge influence on me when I was a kid. It's really nice to see success coming from something our parents disliked so much.
@Not Convinced Leftist how?
@Not Convinced If you want my opinion, it all stems from the ideal that information should be free to all, which is sort of a core ethic (which I agree with). That extrapolates into a lot of other things that happen to fall more into the left's political spectrum. As to why there are no right wing hacktavists... well, I am not a hacker, but I work in the software development industry and I can say I don't talk much about my conservative opinions with peers because they are not viewed as acceptable, and generally in the minority.
Why that is... Well there are a ton of socio-political reasons, but to be very brief, the culture of universities over the last 25 years or so, the demographics of people who spend a lot of time online, and the type of people that others in this line of work grew up admiring or who were very successful.
@@doc_sav I think it is because the right's political actions and policy goals, when they have them, are built on lies that take seconds for smart people to see through.
@@chesthoIe I'm confused. You said smart people see right through it, but I was talking about software developers and architects.
@@doc_sav are they smart people
My job feels so empty now. I feel like I should be doing more with my life, careerwise. Great film!
what is your job ? (just curious)
Go do something better then?
no one is stoping you but yourself
oh really? mopping the floor at jombajuice isnt fulfilling exilerating work?
Kingpin should start a series, I'll definitely watch it
Never clicked an ad that quick
i literally sat down the past few hours and watched a few of your videos you are an inspirational character, and an example of why curiosity made the man a legend!
Great to see Altium showcasing people who have made such a positive impact on multiple communities! A much better use of my yearly service contract money than other stuff they do (fancy booths at embedded world etc).
You
I love this guy's drive to truly dedicate his hard work & knowledge towards something meaningful. A genuine Sensai, in the hacking realm.
instantly subscribed. have been waiting for a lifetime for someone to share Kingpin's life history
I read Joe's book in 2004 or so and he has been a hero of mine ever since. I don't know if he is still teaching courses, but I'd drive out to wherever he is doing that if he is!
Edit: He does still have courses at various events on his website. They look awesome.
This is the first time when ad worked to me 😂
One of the very few Ads that I loved and I loved it the most..
The only ad I’ve actually been intrigued about. Clicked it and I’m here. Not disappointed
Hey Hacker,
I hope you'll have a brainstorm when seeing people here like me who have never clicked on an ad in their lives before and are here sharing this content with their friends. As an electronics engineer too, I can say you could put real knowledge in that media and your motivational thoughts is a common powerful thing we all have looking for. Congrats for your brilliant carreer.
Thanks and regards from Brasil!
Your ad works magnificently
I love this and resonate with it immensely; a misfit, delinquent, who left school while I was still 14, skateboarded, broke into empty industrial buildings to skate & explore, mucked around with low level hacking. I never had the brains of someone like KingPin, though I had the exact same approach to all things in life and work and I know what he means when he says you can't teach the hacker mindset - I developed it as part of the environment I was exposed to. It's inspiring to see this; as I'm in my mid-life now and want to bring back that core, that youthful curiosity and sense of adventure, that family, kids, a mortgage has slowly eroded.
Follow your dreams my friend you've only got one shot!👍
You got to just go, make your plan, kiss your loved ones and say, I’ll be back, but not in and Arnold voice.
Great comment man , kudos’
Wow, this is an amazing story. It deserves millions of views.
i just wanted to say thank you for being you , seem to be a very smart spirit,a tottal gift .and I dig on your personality .your good people .
Finally a useful ad. Thanks upcoming freshman this schoolyear.
Am here to say thank you, the generosity you've shown me will be forever engraved in my heart
Thank you for going the extra mile to see us achieve our aim. I was really on my lowest, thank God he came through and he got me more than I expected, thank you sir!!
Man! You have the life I dreamed about being a kid. Skateboard, rock band and hacking. I was into skateboarding, played in punk rock band and found hackers so cool but I didn’t have your brain capacities, being lazy also maybe. I just was the one finding warez games and crack for my friends so I could bring new games for everyone to enjoy. I wished to be surrounded by friends being hackers so I could learn from them but I was on my own.
Anyhow, not trying to find excuses for not being an hacker.
I just want to say it seems you had a great life so far, you must have had a lot of fun. Congratulations for being one a kind.
thank you Joe. Had all the tools but no inside knowledge. Takes me back to my college days.
Beautifully done!
thank you for the ad, found a great channel!
Okay so I watched the ad and forgot about it. Then I went and searched for it two days later. Awesome content.
Finally a worthwhile ad
Man, this guy is truly inspiring!
man, I was so
entertained with the ad that I didn't see it when it was over and I hadn't even seen where it was from, lucky me that it appeared again
Have we gone too far too fast with something that was originally designed with the altruistic motives of sharing knowledge and communicating? I'm glad Joe is invested in having a positive impact on the world. He seems like a valuable asset.
Altruistic motives? The Internet originated as a military project
Even his song is catchy 👌🏽🔥. ….Joe Grand aka King Pin . He has an inviting and engaging personality. He definitely found one of his callings now! I’m looking forward to watch what’s next on his channel.
I never thought an ad will take my interest this much.
The best ad youtube has recommended.
I saw this ad and I was not able to click it and I am searching this for almost an hour it catches me up.

9:20 "Modern Technology has really kind of turned me off to technology as a whole."
Damn... I felt that one.
Altium yall should give a raise to whoever made this ad
best AD ever, honesty like the ad like the video
The ad worked even after a year! 👍🙌
So having read Cult of the Dead Cow I'd read about Joe, Mudge et al and respected Joe but then he started trail running on this vid, what a legend!
Now THAT is something worth having an add for
Finally, an add I actually love
No matter if you see this message or not, some will see, some will read, everyone will agree: "You never lost this smile in your face. No matter which video I saw from you, no matter if you were sitting Nerd-Style in front of your Attari or now in this video or the one, you helped the person get back his Theta coins, you have this pure smile in your face."
I admire what you do for the people, because I know you do it, to keep that little boy within you alive. That is what many people forgetting in life, to keep alive the kid within us.
Thanks for being you, Joe.
Much love from Mexico.
Alexandros
Respect man for you, from my side

GRANT CARDON investment is a good company where you can invest and make good profit
2021 Just a reminder, the ad is still working and I'm surprised to see lot of people in comment section who came to this video through the ad just like me.
what type of classes are these and where can i look up some near me? just looking for others that have skills i lack and am interested in
Thanks budd, You are doing awsome things and I hope your dreams comes true as you said you'd figure it out. You are awsome. peace 😎🤘
I have a question and I hope to the creator you could answer it . Where can someone such as myself get proper training in Southern California? I was taking online courses but every course was just repetitive information and nothing was hands on . I'm more of a hands on learner than anything else. This is something I know I'm going to be great at I just need a push in the right direction.
First ad to ever get me. Bravo
When was that song in the credits section made? Also, link?
I repeat, the ad worked!
Yooo the closing song is fire 🔥
Yeah, I am here by that ad as well xD
Seems we all came here through an ad and while we're here can I ask what course is that he is giving a lecture? Cause, yeah, now I want to go hardware, at 25 and from a software background.
did you have a song made after you or did someone make it themselves as a sort of commemoration (ending credits background)? I'm just curious if it was the former as I'd be curious of the cost cause it's a pretty cool song...or rap, or whatever the proper term to reference it would be....xD
Very informative!
This guy is a total badass.
first time in my life , I clicked on this ad :)
so inspiring Mr Jon keep going
that forest was beautiful
you got me on the ad!
Yes Best Ad ever 😍
