I've never been on a ship before, I'm 70, life hasn't treated me very well financially but I've put the Queen Anne on my bucket list to take an ocean voyage on this beautiful ship before I leave this plane of existence. I hope it happens.
My husband and I have been on the Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria. Both were amazing. Cunard is a very different experience than most cruises. I enjoy the smaller, intimate sizes of their ships. I also appreciate the nod to classic cruise travel. It's less about how many entertainment options a line can offer you. It's more relaxing. I live in NYC, so I would compare Cunard to a nice dinner at a posh lounge on the Upper East Side vs. going to dinner in Times Square. This is not to say that the restaurants in Times Square are bad. Times Square is a sensory overload, and the Upper East Side has a calmer personality. I appreciate that they've created more seating for two options. One of the things I tend to dislike about cruises is being forced to sit with other groups. I'm an introvert and prefer to engage in groups when I want to. I don't like to feel pressured to do so. This is more so in the dining areas and Commodore Lounge. My husband and I have a cruise on Queen Anne in December 2024. We can't wait. Thanks for the sneak peek!!!!! Amazing video
My mother used to work with a US tour company specializing in golf packages. One of their trips had a cruse home to the states on the QEII. Mom loved it. Of course, this was years ago. Mom is 86 now and still traveling!
I agree. I may not be a retiree for quite a few years yet, but I prefer this to the overstimulation of the primary colors circus style of so many ships
I strongly recommend Fred Olsen as well! Smaller ships. No kids running around (fairly old guests). Very very classy, cosy and comfortable. Great food and great service.
Loved seeing all the elegant decor and smartly dressed people, beautiful ship. But everytime we caught a glimpse of Ben in a mirror wearing his green shorts I had to giggle. I mean it's not even shorts weather. 🤣
Queen Anne looks amazing!!, i did a cruise with Cunard last year for the first time onboard Queen Elizabeth. it was a 5 night Tasmania sailing from Melbourne. i loved the classic feel of the ship and all the heritage dotted around the ship as well!! :) :) :)
Hi Ben and David - for once I’ve had my medication early so I’m now gonna settle down and watch the vlog/video ~ my secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and lupus is not good at the moment. I’m waiting to see the doctor tomorrow - I hope you have a lovely week - sending loads of love and loads of hugs to you both. ~ Xxx Xxx
Thank you for this wonderful tour - we have traveled on QM2 several times and love it - the food and service surpasses any other line we have been on. Be prepared - QM2 is a much more traditional ship than Queen Anne. It's like going back in time!
Thank you Ben and David. A wonderful ship tour. I love that you take so much care to properly show each area and your music choices in the background don't overpower your commentary. What a blessing you are!
What a gorgeous ship! Beautiful color palette - doesn't look like there's a boring space anywhere, yet still very sophisticated. Thanks for the excellent (as always) tour.
Would much rather spend money on a cruise ship of such great refined quality and taste like this. The videos of the neon bright huge cruise ships full of clashing noises and glitz completely make me resolve never to set foot on one. They look like hell on earth to me.
A lot of the new ships aren't glitzy. They're rather dull and neutral. Some of them are more family oriented so that's why they have their amusement areas. But I think the latest style craze is for very dull looking, sterile ships.
Ben and David, although I’d vaguely seen snippets of the Queen Anne elsewhere which did not appear to give that much info, I decided to wait on your full ship tour before I formed any opinions on this ship, as I trust your judgment implicitly ❤❤❤
The cruise industry especially the high end ones should really make it a standard for buffet to be served by service staff only! So far only know that it's QM and Princess that does this thanks to Ben and David mentioning it. 👍
fred Olsen do this as well as Cunard thats one of the many reasons I prefer these cruise lines . We went on serve yourself buffet last yr on celebrity reflection ,.. it was horrid , there was even flies all over the cheese and wasnt the cleanest buffet with everyone going in for the kill !!
Watched several Queen Anne reviews but yours is the one I'm going to share and made me like and appreciate it more! Really loved how you started at the top deck and worked your way through the ship and below the decks giving one a sense of the design flow. Cunard owes you a cruise.
We are big Cunard fans. Have even done a 120 night world cruise. Since the pandemic have taken to booking Princess grill. Will be on Queen Anne in July for our 40th wedding anniversary. Really looking forward to experiencing what she has to offer.
Brilliant video guys. Can't believe it's your first Cunard cruise. Looking forward to more QA content & from your upcoming QM2 transatlantic cruise. We have done quite a few and are doing a transatlantic round trip later this year, so I look forward to your review.
Great review as always. Carnival knows how to still design a beautiful interior. Sadly they don’t outside of Holland America Line and Cunard. Sadly P&O lost its posh when carnival bought them. You will both enjoy your crossing on the OM2! The golden lion looks like a real pub on the QM2 as well!
Hi Ben and David, I have just recently discovered your UA-cam videos and am obsessed. My daughter, son in law and I are flying to Hawaii in early October and then we are cruising back to Australia on Ovation of the Sea. We can't wait. I am watching your tour of the Queen Anne. My ex husband is booked on a 3 month cruise leaving in early January and finishing in April next year. I'll have to get him to watch your video. Keep up the good work. You have the best life. Regards Christine
Wonderful Video Gentlemen!! Perfect camera work and beautiful colours!! Narration pleasant and informative. Great work guys !! I’m booked to sail on Queen Anne for her Transatlantic Maiden Voyage in January 2025 .Can hardly wait ! The exterior look of the ship is stately and majestic. Really like the new funnel design ( don’t miss the traditional scoop used on the other three Queens! The absence of scoop makes the funnel look more impressive and grand !! Love all the outdoor areas and the pools .Classy and beautiful! I’m sad to hear though that the 360 promenade deck is MUCH narrower than on the QM2, QV and QE ? Also because of this, there’s no deck chairs !? Also , because the lifeboats are hung much lower than normal, there is only ocean views in only two areas of the entire deck! Mistake Cunard! When I have sailed on the other three ships I’ve noticed that the promenade deck is a extremely popular area for strolling , jogging and lounging in deck chairs . Always crowded and in use ! The interior decor is a toss up for the Grills areas are beautiful. The Grand Lobby and Britannia Dining Room are gorgeous. BUT ••• some of the other public spaces are too modern! To the point of starkness. Sort of meh ! Perhaps I will like everything more when I see it all in person ?!?
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the video and found the camera work. It's great to hear that you're booked the Transatlantic - what an exciting journey ahead Safe travels and enjoy your cruise!
It looks lovely, but I must say that I prefer the Art Deco look (and smaller capacity) of the Queen Mary 2. I hope you enjoy your transatlantic crossing on her (that was my very first time on a cruise ship), and you really should bring black tie for formal nights, if only to let us see what you both look like in formal wear!
Looking forward to the transatlantic video. That is what is on my bucket list. I want to take the ship from New York to Southampton spend several weeks going to England, Ireland, and Scotland, and then taking the ship back over to New York.
I love your channel, although I don’t cruise (done a Costa Victoria Cruise in 1994 as a child), due to environmental concerns. But thx to you I can still experience it (I’m interested in the interior design aspects). I’ve never heard of this Cruise line and I really love the modern look with classic elements and nod to traditions. I think this could be a ship I would enjoy: not as huge and still plenty to do and many nice relaxing options, places to eat and entertainment.
Lovely video, lads. She really is a beautiful ship. Your walkthrough gave me a better sense of perspective wrt to the location of the various areas on the ship. Wonderful use of colours and textures in the internal areas, and the external areas also look extensive and comfortable. Looking forward to my time on the ship...
Hello Ben and David!! Thank you for sharing this video with Cunard. I have heard it is a nice cruise line, and it was a special treat to see the ship and its features. 🌺
Absolutely loved this video! I have been on Queen Mary 2 multiple times, always transatlantic, in fact my very first cruise was on this liner. Some people don’t like all the sea days, whereas I love them because it forces you to relax. Have also been on Queen Victoria, which was also just as lovely but a lot smaller! I hope to get on Queen Anne soon. Working at Southampton Central train station means I get to see all the great ships when they are in! Cunard will always be my favourite, I love the traditional touches. Oh and when you go on QM2, make sure you sample every cocktail in the commodore club. If they have a cocktail class there then I recommend paying for it!
I can''t wait to see your tour of the staterooms, if this video is anything to go by. There are many Queen Anne videos already on UA-cam but yours is the best by far that I have viewed. I'm not onboard until November, for 2 weeks, then again at Christmas and New Year for 18 night. In the meantime I'll just enjoy the videos. Will also look forward to your video on the transatlantic voyage as that was my first experience on Cunard sailing out of New York on a warm autumnal evening, quite a contrast, for the better, to the sailaway at Southampton
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the video and found it to be the best among the Queen Anne videos you've watched. We'll definitely be showcasing the staterooms in an upcoming tour, so stay tuned for that.
Thanks for the fantastic video Ben and David! In February this year we were lucky to sail on the Queen Elizabeth from Sydney (our home city). Absolutely beautifully elegant ship, immaculately maintained. A bucket list thing for us for sure. We are early 50s and while used to the larger ships of RCI, Princess, and MSC we were very pleasantly surprised about all the things to do on board - even for a smaller ship! Would love to go on the Queen Anne sometime.
Fantastic video. Gorgeous ship. I'm sold! I have my first Cunard cruise in October, aboard the Queen Mary 2 (TA). The Queen Anne will be my next Cunard adventure!
Thank you for the guided tour. I'll be sailing on her in October so looking forward to it. Ive been on the Queen Victoria a few years back which was lovely.
Loved the bright lights. Also the fireworks flooring. The retractable roof for the pool is great. On the pool the tile for me seemed strange. And the three juquizzis looked like Mickey mouse. And not sure if I want to hear a band swimming. The spa except the red room looked great. So loved the star ceiling over the jacuzzi. Wish they had an opera hall. Didn't see a running track.
Great video. I love tthe Cunard experience and have always felt like royalty when onboard. Transatlantic cruising is my favourite as i love sea days and just relaxing. Cunard offer a great range of enrichment activities in their daily programme too so no need for boredom but with so many views of the ever changing ocean it can be difficult to fit everything in. Cunard isn't for adrenaline junkies but for those whho love calm understated elegance it can't be beat in my opimnion. Enjoy QM2. You don't have to dress up, i tend towards smart casual and never had a problem although there are those who go all out but that makes for good people watching!
Looks a real step up from the other Cunard Queens. We have found previous Cunard trips to feel too dated eg very poor cabin bathrooms with nasty shower curtains. Cunard have work to do to update the 3 other Queens now. Looking forward to trying out QA soon. Thanks guys for a comprehensive ship tour
It is indeed! I've cruised on all the Holland America Pinnacle ships and this one is the exact same design with of course a Cunard spin to the spaces. Very nice!
In a word “ class” . Been on QE2 before she left for Dubai and The Queen Victoria loved them both. Not party ships but very comfortable, entertaining and enjoyable. Btw I love party ships too 😂 Thanks for your honest review.
Hey guys. Ooooo. A tour. Will watch and enjoy. Not familiar with this ship or Cunard. Was a fav of my mums along with Holland and Princess. Thanks in advance for a great tour. Grand week to you both 🤗
Booked for next year and cannot wait! Will be able to compare with my previous trip on Queen Victoria. Having watched so many of your vlogs, I couldn't believe you haven't done a Cunard cruise until you mentioned the fact this was your first experience. I couldn't fit another cruise into this year as I am on Borealis next week and Ambience in December (having been disappointed last December when she was stuck in dry dock and got transferred to Ambition). Thank you for a comprehensive tour, highlighting the various eating options, etc. Hope you enjoy your QM2 trip and will look forward to your review of the Cunard experience. 😊
Loved the tour and would love to sail on Queen Anne some day! I was on QM2 for 21 days from Southampton to Cape Town earlier this year and absolutely adored it. So relaxing. I didn't find it stuffy and I never felt out of place.
The ship looks lovely! It looks SO MUCH brighter and more modern than other Cunard ships I've seen on video tours - A lot less dark wood. I wonder how that goes down with the usual audience for Cunard cruises. The ship itself looks a lot like the newer Holland America ships - Bright and modern, but still classy.
Hi guys, thanks. Very informative . You need to take a cruise now and try the food. I saw the other decidedly underwhelming video about the QM2. Not impressed at all…. This new one looks better. I’m planning a trip next year on it but hope to travel in one of the grill suites. Looking forward to more from you both
I hope you enjoy your upcoming QM2 transatlantic crossing! I have sailed aboard her several times and always enjoyed my cruise. I call the QM2 the most civilized ship afloat…

If you put a Celebrity badge on this vessel, you would never know the difference!
What's the difference between this ship and P&O's new vessels?
I've never been on a ship before, I'm 70, life hasn't treated me very well financially but I've put the Queen Anne on my bucket list to take an ocean voyage on this beautiful ship before I leave this plane of existence. I hope it happens.
I sure hope it happens for you, Peter! You are worth it. :)
I hope you do it
Keep us updated!!!! I hope this happens for you.
I hope you can do it! I am manifesting it with you!
Nobody does these tours better - well done guys. You need a TV series.
Thanks so much!
Agree! They do need a TV series!!
I know right I've thought the very same
My husband and I have been on the Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria. Both were amazing. Cunard is a very different experience than most cruises. I enjoy the smaller, intimate sizes of their ships. I also appreciate the nod to classic cruise travel. It's less about how many entertainment options a line can offer you. It's more relaxing. My husband and I have a cruise on Queen Anne in December 2024. We can't wait.
Thanks for the sneak peek!!!!! Amazing video
Hi it must be very beautiful Christmas decorations on that cruise I’d bet. Enjoying your travel on the beautiful cruise. 🥰
How did it go!!
Ship tours are ok but really missing the vlogs. Thanks guys ⚓️
My mother used to work with a US tour company specializing in golf packages. One of their trips had a cruse home to the states on the QEII. Mom loved it. Of course, this was years ago. Mom is 86 now and still traveling!
That's my idea of a cruise ship. Beautiful and understated.
Yes! Not a floating water park!
Oh yes, this is perfection. I don't think you'd see kids running all over.
I agree. I may not be a retiree for quite a few years yet, but I prefer this to the overstimulation of the primary colors circus style of so many ships
Now this is so refreshissng, to see a Class Cruise ship with None of that dreadful Tackydoo that so puts me off Cruise Ships., Lovely.
There are lines for everyone. You might also like HAL, Celebrity, Viking, or older Princess ships.
I need to know. What is "tackydoo"? I now "tacky" means garish, cheap, tasteless, but what is tacky_doo_? Thanks! 😆
Green shorts are very chic this year! 😅❤
She is just such a stunningly beautiful ship in an old school Cunard way. As always a detailed tour of the ship from stem to stern!
Nothing old school. Nothing Cunard. Just contemporary average.
Queen Anne looks amazing!!, i did a cruise with Cunard last year for the first time onboard Queen Elizabeth. it was a 5 night Tasmania sailing from Melbourne. i loved the classic feel of the ship and all the heritage dotted around the ship as well!! :) :) :)
I love living vicariously through you guys! I get to enjoy things that I would never be able to enjoy any other way ❤
Such a beautiful ship. Love all the colors of the decor. Not garish. Such a nice change from all the neutrals so many ships use.
Ah, I was hoping that you guys had been onboard. Thanks for this tour - she’s looking absolutely gorgeous!!
A beautiful ship and what I like is that there are plenty of venues where you can sit inside on rainy days
~ Xxx Xxx
Wish you well
My mother has M.S. my thoughts and love x
Best to you, Louise!
Echoing the other comments all the best and lots of love to you.
I hope you get well soon
I love the style. The teak wood outside and all of the decor. Reminds me of sailing in the early days.
Thank you for this wonderful tour - we have traveled on QM2 several times and love it - the food and service surpasses any other line we have been on. Be prepared - QM2 is a much more traditional ship than Queen Anne. It's like going back in time!
That would be lovely
Thank you Ben and David. A wonderful ship tour. I love that you take so much care to properly show each area and your music choices in the background don't overpower your commentary. What a blessing you are!
What a gorgeous ship! Beautiful color palette - doesn't look like there's a boring space anywhere, yet still very sophisticated. Thanks for the excellent (as always) tour.
We are on her New York leg in January. Beyond excited!! Thanks for the great content.
Would much rather spend money on a cruise ship of such great refined quality and taste like this. The videos of the neon bright huge cruise ships full of clashing noises and glitz completely make me resolve never to set foot on one. They look like hell on earth to me.

Goodness me !! They took us all round the ship on every floor !!!
What a brilliantly executed smooth video and your voices made for a clam enjoyable tour , thank you both ❤❤
I have been watching you Guys for year. , always like to see more Love your music in the clips
What a delightful tour , going on a British isle cruise this month on Queen Anne .
The cruise industry especially the high end ones should really make it a standard for buffet to be served by service staff only! So far only know that it's QM and Princess that does this thanks to Ben and David mentioning it. 👍
Oceania have their buffet served by service staff.
I was on the Ambassador Ambience ship last year and the buffet was behind glass and served by the staff.
fred Olsen do this as well as Cunard thats one of the many reasons I prefer these cruise lines . We went on serve yourself buffet last yr on celebrity reflection ,.. it was horrid , there was even flies all over the cheese and wasnt the cleanest buffet with everyone going in for the kill !!
On Oceania you are served in the Terrace Café
My last Celebrity cruise also did this
Watched several Queen Anne reviews but yours is the one I'm going to share and made me like and appreciate it more!
Lovely
Congratulations on your anniversary! What did you think about the 120 night cruise?
Thanks. Our world cruise on QM2 in 2016 was an amazing experience. We loved it.
Now, that's my expectation of what a classy cruise ship would be like ❤
I don t care land or sea, you guys have a great real life ,full of feeling. Want more from one
I used to sail in the Caribbean in the 80's with Cunard Countess and Cunard Princess! This was before the big ships came along.
Brilliant video guys. Can't believe it's your first Cunard cruise. Looking forward to more QA content & from your upcoming QM2 transatlantic cruise. We have done quite a few and are doing a transatlantic round trip later this year, so I look forward to your review.
Oh my gosh guys, she's GORGEOUS!!! WOW. The interiors are so bold but still elegant. I am absolutely in love. Holy moly!!!
itbis not "she" -it's they.
Love the style . Looks like more adult to me . And specially for the librairy.
Btw Ben , you said "Pièce de résistance " perfectly
Classy, other cruiselines should take decor ques.
Bigger certainly doesn't mean better, will put this on my bucket list of cruises
Absolutely beautiful ship! I look forward to seeing the rest of the videos from the Queen Anne.
Wow this ship is so Beautiful. I can not see this being a family ship. The vibes is so adult. Love all the colors, very warm.
Great video as always. You two should be on TV. Gotta admit the Queen Anne is a stunning ship
I really like the outside space and the beautiful interiors. Thank for this video boyz
Looking forward to the transatlantic video. That is what is on my bucket list. I want to take the ship from New York to Southampton spend several weeks going to England, Ireland, and Scotland, and then taking the ship back over to New York.
I love sailing on Cunard! I am so glad you guys finally made it aboard their ships! I look forward to seeing more of your videos on Cunard.
Can't wait for the Queen Mary 2 video! Love that ship
I love your channel, although I don’t cruise (done a Costa Victoria Cruise in 1994 as a child), due to environmental concerns. I’ve never heard of this Cruise line and I really love the modern look with classic elements and nod to traditions. Beautiful and intimate. I look forward to your videos. Thank You!!
Well done guys - a fabulous look round a new ship. I have been on the other 3 Queens and this ship is very different.
My mother and I have just booked our first ever cruise, on the Queen Anne. Going around the Med in September, we are SO excited :o)
This is my kind of cruise ship, it's elegant and a manageable size. I look forward to your food and room reviews.
Stay tuned for our upcoming food and room reviews - we're excited to share them with you.
Hello guys, Love all your videos! Just wondering if you will go on the explora journeys any time soon….
Hi David and Ben!
I love your videos, your in-depth information, and today the beautiful muisc, I love Jazz. This ship looks so elegant. ❤
Beautiful ship, thank you for the video. It’s lovely seeing the tour through out. The style to me was a mix of modern and art deco. Fabulous.
What a beautiful ship and a wonderful tour. Thank you guys; can't wait to see the rooms and get your opinion on the restaurants. Til next time! 😊
Oh and when you go on QM2, make sure you sample every cocktail in the commodore club. If they have a cocktail class there then I recommend paying for it!
We're thrilled to hear that you loved the video! It sounds like you've had some amazing experiences.
What a beautiful, elegant ship! Great video!!!
Fantastic video. Gorgeous ship. I'm sold! I have my first Cunard cruise in October, aboard the Queen Mary 2 (TA). The Queen Anne will be my next Cunard adventure!
Sailed on Queen Elizabeth 👸 loved it and love the Cunard experience ❤️
This ship is spectacular! So modern and clean! Wow indeed!
Thank you for the guided tour. I'll be sailing on her in October so looking forward to it. Ive been on the Queen Victoria a few years back which was lovely.
Fantastic tour. Well done Ben and David.
Loved the tour. It looks absolutely beautiful. 💙💙
You guys do such an amazing video tour! So much fun to walk through with you. Have you sailed on Holland America ships? I think you would love them!!
Soòoo professional. A pleasure to listen to you.
Ben and David, I'm blown away by this cruise ship. There's only one word to describe it and that is " SEXY. "
Thank you both for the tour.
I love all the greenery on the ship!
I cannot wait for y’all’s review once you have stayed onboard the ship!
I prefer your tours. Thanks very much.
You do such amazing tours!! Hope one day I get to go one.
You don't have to dress up, i tend towards smart casual and never had a problem although there are those who go all out but that makes for good people watching!
Oh my this is so beautiful. Thank you for the stunning video. What a dream cruise this would be. Thank you for the wonderful video ❤
Wow. Great video.Great ship. Thank you
Thank you both, my parents are going on this ship in September so will show them this, another great video ❤
As always a great tour, you guys are SO good at what you do. Queen Anne looks gorgeous, we look forward to the next video of her!!
This is a Hal Pinnacle class ship...
Which I love.
My thoughts exactly!
Yes it is! I just finished up a cruise on HAL Koningsdam. Same class of ship. I do love how updated Queen Anne looks though!
It is indeed! I've cruised on all the Holland America Pinnacle ships and this one is the exact same design with of course a Cunard spin to the spaces. Very nice!
I just adore you both and enjoy that you take us along on your fun trips!!
Great video...we are boarding her in July....she looks beautiful...thank you..
Thank you for including information on smoking areas. It is very appreciated.
In a word “ class” . Been on QE2 before she left for Dubai and The Queen Victoria loved them both. Not party ships but very comfortable, entertaining and enjoyable.
Btw I love party ships too 😂
Thanks for your honest review.
Hey guys. Ooooo.
Hello, I think it is absolutely necessary to say that the Queen's Room has a real, wonderful-sounding Live Orchestra.
Beautiful job my friends! Thank you for sharing!
I loved the music background. It was so relaxing. The Queen Anne is a fantastic ship. Maybe someday.
We just booked her for late 2026 canary islands!!! Very very excited!!! Our first cunard.
Hi guys, thanks. Very informative . You need to take a cruise now and try the food. I saw the other decidedly underwhelming video about the QM2. Not impressed at all…. This new one looks better. I’m planning a trip next year on it but hope to travel in one of the grill suites. Looking forward to more from you both
We've just booked ours! July 2026 ... can't wait!
I hope you enjoy your upcoming QM2 transatlantic crossing! I have sailed aboard her several times and always enjoyed my cruise. I call the QM2 the most civilized ship afloat…
Can't wait!
Hi Guys, I've been waiting for for your review of the Queen Man and can't wait for the cabin reviews. I hope you get to do a full cruise.
Fantastic tour once again ❤ Love these to bits
