www.superweapondaily.blogspot.com superweapondail... The King of Iron Fist enters his way in. Now he is going to guest star and then head back to his own timeline as this game is non-canon!
I will say this; Kevin Michael Richardson, the man who voices Heihachi in Soul Calibur II did a nice job showing his tone to be that of a man of strength and deadly power, like he truly is.
According to the story mode in SCII, Heihachi went hiking in the mountains and cut himself with a piece of a shard from Soul Calibur and fainted, and when he woke up, he ended up traveling back in time to when the SC storyline was taking place. Weird, huh?
I've never played any version of this game other than the Gamecube version. I sunk hundreds of hours into that one. This is like watching my favorite fighting game of the PS2/GCN/Xbox era in a different dimension.
Fa sho. I'm pretty sure the only worthwhile addition to SCII was Link. Heihachi was only so-so since all of his weapons lowered his defense, and I just think adding Spawn was ridiculous. Link, however, was an awesome addition, and like the only gimmick character I wish they would return in like any game ever.
Because that is indeed Kevin Michael Richardson, who also played Spawn in the Xbox version (and also in Spawn: Armageddon [also made by Namco] later that year). He goes by the alias "Victor Stone" (the real name of Cyborg from DC Comics) in this game.
Becuase in his profile he was at a spa and i dont really remember but he somehow got teleported in the years soul calibur 2 took place. So in order to survive in Soul calibur Era (because he uses fists but the other ones use swords or rods) He created Iron fists to defend himself from those swords. And secondly soul calibur and tekken were made by namco so.. quite obvious they are licensed to add their own creation into another game they made
They released SCII for all three consoles and decided to give each game a third party character. This was the PS2's. Likewise, in the Gamecube version you can play as Link (of Legend of Zelda) and in the X-Box version you can play as Spawn (comic book character by Todd McFarlane)
Heihachi, Kazuya, and Raven should had been Soul Calibur 4's guest fighters instead of Star Wars characters. The Star Wars guest characters aren't bad, I just think Tekken characters would had been a wonderful choice. :)
@christianrapper In Tekken, the game he came from, he speaks Japanese. To be contrary to your statement, Soul Calibur II is the first and by far the only game he speaks English in.
i could not avoid to think that they included heihach because they already had all his moves from the tekken series, i could only think damn lazy bunch, still he is awesome
i liked heihachi in this game i really liked the soul calibur control scheme on him made him feel smoother the only thing i think namco messed up is making raphael his destined battled should of been cervantes in my opinion
@BryonYoungblood I believe it was Victor Stone that voiced Heihachi, not Kevin Michael Richardson. Trust me, I believed that also, until I looked it up. They have EXTREMELY similar voices.
Tekken: The Motion Picture, his first time in english. Soul Calibur 2, his second time. Tekken: Blood Vengance and Street Fighter X Tekken is his third time speaking english.
i know that game would be awesome and there both made by the same company and they have been trading characters back and forth with each other so why not
now, i wish soul calibur 5 gonna be multiconsole. With nintendo version with Link in it Again. Kratos for Sony version, And maybe a character from Kingdom underfire or Ninety Nine Nights like Regnier or Inphyy
I'm surprised that namco assigned an english voice actor for him, since all the japanese characters of the tekken series always speak japanese as far as I know
@liveandlearn008 But how would you do fighting systems?Would there be no weapons or would all tekken characters get weapons?Because Kilik could easily piss off people who like to use close range characters like Law
@Sorasen Well I wouldn't exactly call Heihachi a third party character since Tekken and Soul Calibur are both made by Namco, but I get where your going at.
@TheLonelyredfox I would SO buy that. My hopeful storyline: Jin and Kazuya battle it out in Tekken time with at least most of the entire cast from Tekken 6 witnessing it, an accident occurs, they time travel back into Soul Calibur time, Soul Calibur cast blames Tekken cast for the change of history (this being 90% true, as Soul Calibur cast was not involved in accident, yet only Jin and Kazuya are really blamed for this), they hate each other, they fight it out.

well ..the moves are much quicker..., he does the same moves but the bottun configuration is different.. and he has some new moves..ass wel that later will introduced in tekken 5
Wow wacthing this I can see the graphic difference between this version and GC and X Box verison. Heihachi, Link, and Spawn need to return badly mostly Link! =)
I believe this is the first English voice for Heihachi. If I wrong, someone correct me. Also, is it me or does he sound like Kevin Michael Richardson. I dont know, but it just doesnt make Heihachi. Still, I wouldnt mind playing this version, but IMO Link is and will always be my most favorite guest character. What was Heihachi's reason for being in this game? what did he want with Soul Edge again?
"Get lost you're in my way!" Best winner's quote EVER.
Tekken fan for life
You better be
@@bowens9211 Still am, also my comment is from years ago lol
My left ear loved that
If only you could use Heihachi's fighting style in custom character creator.
Who is better at the character
Kevin M. Richardson or Jamieson price
Bighead1740 I like Richardson's a little bit better because the tone is closer to Daisuke Gouri's.
its weird hearing him speaking english
Even Kuma is stronger than you.
I will say this; Kevin Michael Richardson, the man who voices Heihachi in Soul Calibur II did a nice job showing his tone to be that of a man of strength and deadly power, like he truly is.
When your last name is Mishima, weapons are meaningless.
My left ear liked this video.
According to the story mode in SCII, Heihachi went hiking in the mountains and cut himself with a piece of a shard from Soul Calibur and fainted, and when he woke up, he ended up traveling back in time to when the SC storyline was taking place.
Weird, huh?
do you know what his ultimate "weapon" is? its called Tekken, which means iron fist. and his ultimate weapon is completely NOTHING AT ALL.
I've never played any version of this game other than the Gamecube version. I sunk hundreds of hours into that one.
This is like watching my favorite fighting game of the PS2/GCN/Xbox era in a different dimension.
4:29 Devil Jin's stage from Tekken Tag Tournament 2 :)
I found it fun to beat weapon-users with an unarmed old man. (Gauntlets aren't weapons.)
why tekken should not have ring outs.
You know I thought about this. very interesting.
Lol
Too favourable for characters with good wall carry like Hwoarang, Nina, Lee and Dragunov.
Ah, this brings back memories. Makes me want to go play it again. Actually, in 12 years of owning it, I still haven't unlocked Lizardman.
Link, Spawn, and Heihachi Destined Battle is Raphael.
Brandon Joyner Because their both guest characters lol.
just from this, if they ever had a Soul Calibur vs Tekken, Tekken would win.
I gotta give credit to Heihachi and Link for getting me to like Soul Calibur.
what is up with you and throwing people off cliffs!?
EpicAbridgedTeam I definitely get that reference.
Heihachi to Inferno: you think you can beat me ? That's midly amusing.
Heihachi has a LOT of balls.
Fa sho. I'm pretty sure the only worthwhile addition to SCII was Link. Heihachi was only so-so since all of his weapons lowered his defense, and I just think adding Spawn was ridiculous. is it me or does a heihachi Mishima sound like the Shredder from TMNT 2012 show

I have Playstation 2, Xbox and Gamecube versions of Soul Calibur 2!!!!!
The destined battle could have been with Yoshimitsu
Jin Kazama And Kazyua Would've Have Be Guest Characters With Heihachi That Have Really been Fun The Two Was on Here As Extra Characters.
Kevin Michael Richardson Voiced Heihachi. So Good!!!
version of xbox1 and compatible with 720p, it makes it to the most beautiful of all.
Becuase in his profile he was at a spa and i dont really remember but he somehow got teleported in the years soul calibur 2 took place. Holy hell, is that Bulkhead? Damn, Kevin Michael Richardson's more badass than I thought.
heihachi is a mega superstar he can do all he is also in roland garros smash pro tournament with ling xiaoyu
i guess hes like one of those characters that has everyones moves and gets replaced by someone who does the same thing but looks different..
@immyG200
of course heihachi speaks english. he is the owner of a multinational comapny, terror agency, or whatever the heck it is.
@Mk97709 either that or, yoshimitsu being in 2 games shows how old he really is.
i could not avoid to think that they included heihach because they already had all his moves from the tekken series, i could only think damn lazy bunch, still he is awesome
i miss him
@ManicRaider tell that to Yoshimitsu, Kunimitsu, NANCY and the poor G corporation forces that happens to stand in his way.
@FrankWest1998 they can dodge the weapons. I think they're using that for the Tekken characters in SFXT, since the SF characters have projectiles.
they better bring this game back as HD updates, and that includes Wii U, LINK ON THAT HD FLOW!!
@DarkStar3234 If he can grab a flaming, skeleton demon, he's Duke Nukem level of balls.
i liked heihachi in this game i really liked the soul calibur control scheme on him made him feel smoother the only thing i think namco messed up is making raphael his destined battled should of been cervantes in my opinion
that sounded like kevin michael richardson (batman - brave and the bold) right there
The voice of Heihachi in english is like the japanese voice, and thats awesome.
Ownage with those two uppercuts that sent her flying out of the ring. ROFLMAO.
Hey! That's the voice of Jolee Bindo!
@BryonYoungblood I believe it was Victor Stone that voiced Heihachi, not Kevin Michael Richardson. Trust me, I believed that also, until I looked it up. They have EXTREMELY similar voices.
I love how he called voldo "little boy"
in soul calibur 2 link is not the extra character that namco doesn't own, spawn is still namco and Heihachi is from tekken (also own by namco).
Tekken: The Motion Picture, his first time in english.
Soul Calibur 2, his second time.
Tekken: Blood Vengance and Street Fighter X Tekken is his third time speaking english.
Whats your name little boy? lol
i know that game would be awesome and there both made by the same company and they have been trading characters back and forth with each other so why not
I have the PS2 version and Gamecube Version both Characters had there ups and downs
wow he meitioned his pet bear kuma thats awsome
you are a master with heihachi dude xD
but i want see a final battl with yoshimitsu eing?
anyway bery good video
Heihachi the king of ringouts.
2:02 SHROYUKEN!
Oops, wrong game...
im glad they choose to bring him back for the remake
@BryonYoungblood you know If people can't get Kevin Michael Richardson to voice Gantu, they can substitute him for Victor Stone.
kazuya is heihachi's son in the tekken series.
Soul Calibur II (The best of the series)
1:04 - Wow, that was like, the Noogie from Hell XD
now, i wish soul calibur 5 gonna be multiconsole. With nintendo version with Link in it Again. Kratos for Sony version, And maybe a character from Kingdom underfire or Ninety Nine Nights like Regnier or Inphyy
Man, Inferno is like Soul Calibur's Azazel.
@kaidos123 this game is american, so therefore is translated into english.
@RodrMattA I don't know, man, those hands are lethal weapons!
@TheLonelyredfox
pretty sure this game came out before the motion picture. unless you meant the anime?
@liveandlearn008 Yeah, I read that for sure. I wasn't sure just because of how they sound so similar!
@Sorasen
Well I wouldn't exactly call Heihachi a third party character since Tekken and Soul Calibur are both made by Namco, but I get where your going at.
i cant belive tekken let them put heihachi in this game and yoshimitsu
@TheLonelyredfox I would SO buy that. @Tyrik73: oh yeah, I forgot about him
this is THE narrator or Soul Calibur! Not the SC 4...
And the music of the third stage is the best.
link fits so much more with this game

@TheLonelyredfox Would there be two Yoshimitsus? He appeared in both games.
Kilik has the same necklace of Naruto !
this series needs more Link and Kazuya
Dashing Shoryuken on Talim..
well ..the moves are much quicker..., he does the same moves but the bottun configuration is different.. and he has some new moves..ass wel that later will introduced in tekken 5
Heihachi should've just been a default character rather than a guest character honestly there was no reason for him to strictly be on ps2
@Matefeedkillreknot its the PS version. in the Xbox version is Spawn. ps: i got the gamecube version too^^
I've never heard heihachi speak in english before
@poopdroid: spawn was on the xbox version i think
isn't it dangerous to fight fire with your bare hands
Wow wacthing this I can see the graphic difference between this version and GC and X Box verison. Heihachi, Link, and Spawn need to return badly mostly Link! =)
Iron fists...nuff said
This game was better than SC3.
How do Voldo knew where to look?
My Appologies Iron wristguards
hahah Taki got Owned at 2:41- 2:46
@kaidos123 He does, they just had to find a english voiice for him.
@seasoner13 i think we've all made that very clear
1:55 SHORYUKEN!
