How to make garlic puree - Easy Recipe

In this video I will show you how to make garlic mashed potatoes in an easy way so you can prepare it at home.
This garlic mash recipe is very simple and only has two main ingredients, potatoes and garlic. The important thing here is to achieve the right balance between both ingredients.
As a general rule for making garlic mashed potatoes, I use 2 cloves of garlic for each medium potato. I recommend that you try the mashed garlic recipe with these proportions and then you can add or subtract garlic according to your personal taste.
