Thanks for the video, very insightful. Unfortunately, I had used TTS-1 for a number of synth voices in past projects and now, migrating between desktop and laptop to work on projects on the go, I faced the crude reality that my laptop has a non TTS-1 Cakewalk build whilst my PC has a TTS-1 enabled build. Tried to copy the .dll's to no avail. Still trying to find a workaround, but I guess I'll just have to migrate to another plugin. Cheers

An excellent overview. I can see now why song cover MIDI files play perfectly in Cakewalk using the TSS 1. I got the latest update but my TTS 1 is still available. I also notice that my Roland keyboard MIDI files sound better using Coyote..
grazie mille, mi hai salvato ! si trovano versioni 2021 da scaricare e installare che contengono TTS1; poi si aggiorna con la nuova versione; se si è già installato la nuova versione, bisogna prima disinstallarla in maniera profonda, usando software dedicati, ad esempio BCunistaller che ha licenza GNU ( libera )
when I try to install an older version of CbB from my download folder, it still downloads files from Bandlab and I still do not get TTS-1
Nnever mind. Disregard my previous comment. Looks like the version I used was still too new. I found one from 2021 which worked perect. Thanks for the video, very informative and useful for me.

I've exported the TTS-1 tracks affected by this and saved the entire Standard set as a wav file. Just in case!
If you take this one step further you can capture any drum sound including the TTS-1 and create short samples as WAV. files. Sonar will include Session Drummer3 again you can place those samples in SD3 folders and apply them to the kit. It's one of SD3 strong points is I think it's the only drum VST that allows custom samples to be loaded.
One of the drum sounds that TTS-1 has that's hard to find a substitute is the Brush.So I sampled that and would play it via Session Drummer.
@@Cactus_Music_BC I was looking for a brush the other day but couldn't find one. Wich TTS-1 sound bank is that?
There's kits. One says Brush set 041 That's in the user interface menu.
