When you are so humble they give you a Michelin star ⭐️ and don’t know why you got awarded. Then you realize that the giant in you is your passion.
What a delight it is to watch people do what they like the most. Their passion just makes me want to sit and watch videos of them the whole day.
This is a man that loves what he does. That is the key.
Watching people like him who love to work so hard and still enjoy it is so inspiring! It always motivates me to work hard and enjoy my work!
I've never seen such a chef to put more passion and dedication in his work then this guy!! From the moment he arrives he's preparing his layout for the day!! Going over his orders to making sure everything runs smoothly!! I have always been impressed w/ guys that knows how to cook!! And this DUDE definitely knows his stuff!! I would ❤ for him to cook for me ANYTIME!! :)🌷🍀🌷

Very much love the Japanese aesthetics and the devotion to crafts.
As an European product and interior designer I quite often catch myself following that aesthetic philosophy, mostly unintentionally.
Not like copying the Japanese style but being close to its spirit. This minimal look has actually always been my taste, even before I knew anything about Japanese culture.
