Funny how some 80s comedies like 9 to 5, Airplane!, Private Benjamin and Ghostbusters I've seen on TV a couple of dozen times and some, like Spaceballs and the one here I've never seen. Ha,ha,ha, I never remember movies that I've seen previously. Sometimes I can be half way through the movie before I even realize that I've seen it before. At times, I've even had to call my son to ask him if I've seen it & have him remind me of what it's about & the outcome before I can so, 'Oh yea, that movie.' So this should be fun to see if I know any of these! Here we go. Let's see.
O.K., O.K., here's how I did. And it's absolutely hilarious! I actually got 3! Yup! Shocked myself. Especially because I've never ever seen the Matrix! The reason that I knew the answer was, I guess it's such a popular movie and such a final statement that it's just become popular over the years. The second correct question was only because I owned an "Intellevision" & the only good game I had for it was golf! So out on the farm, being young, broke & on my own, a great Saturday night party was to get a group of friends over to my house & paly golf on the Intellivision! (yup, real exciting wasn't it? lol) And so many of us would actually stand up, grab the controller & imitate 'Caddyshack' ! Of course, the drunker we got, the funnier it was. If I hadn't owned that game I would have never have gotten that question correct. And the third question I got right was the bonus question. Not only is Morgan Freeman one of my favorite actors, Seven is one of my favorite movies. And I only have about 3. See how you tussle our memories with your questions? “Alright, alright, alright” 😆 what movie is that from? That’s how I feel after that quiz LOL! Got 9 of 10 right, missed Q4 and missed the bonus which I guessed “Glory”. Even though I’ve only seen 4 of the films in the quiz, the questions plus the years of the films were great clues.
7/10 I missed both the Bogart and Gloria swanson and I guessed Fallen on the movie because that same line was used in it but I could not remember spacey was in it or not. I loved The Usual Suspects but I did not remember him saying that line. For a new twist in quizzes you should play a 5 second video clip of the movie in some key scene and see it we can guess the movie :)
Brutal 3 out of 10 and right church wrong pew on the bonus ...so failed it I said Kiss the Girls because I thought it was 95 not Se7en. Both were great movies...then again anything with Morgan Freeman is usually great.
Great quiz sir. I almost had a perfect score. I got 9 out of 10, because I guessed Casablanca instead of The Maltese Falcon. Also, had you not given the actor and year, I probably would not have gotten many at all. I didn't know most of those lines, but I'm so good at knowing actors and years, that those clues were my saving grace. Thank you sir.
