Currently studying biomedical engineering and hoping its possible to do forensic science in masters
i am studying criminal justice as a major.. so can i be able to get into a forensic science program? cuz one of my classes that i can take is biology... so does that matter? or do i have to have a major in biology?
Hi! May I ask what you ended up doing?
@@ivyisla2967may i ask what you ended up doing?
@OnIxXxInO 4 year chemistry degree is good enough in most cases.
me too :*
I wanna do both is that possible??
If you want to be at crime scenes and work in the lab look into being a forensic science technician.
Hiya man, I have actually switched degrees now and am majoring in languages and such with an Arts degree but I'd still be happy to have a bit of a chat or whatever. I am actually looking at doing flight attending with Emirates Airline (either in Dubai, Sydney or London) :D
Good luck man I hope it’s fun
I love that you have replied 9 years later that is so awesome!! (:D(:D😁😎😎
What are you doing now in life?? (:D(:D😎😎
@@SuidySpudhow are you doing sir...after 10 years!!
Really well thank you;
how time flies!!
I'm still trying to save as much money as possible for that aforementioned trip abroad (:(:.
How are you going?? (:(: :D
Hi everyone I'm going to high school and i want to be a forensic scientist (laboratory one) and i want to know what is a good school for this but close to CA help me please this is my dream job :)
Hi! May I ask how it went or an update?
@@ivyisla2967
Wow it’s been a long time haha
I believe I was a freshman in HS when I wrote this. I finished my BS in biology and I’m working part time because times are hard
However, I will be starting school again in the fall 23’ for forensic certifications in fingerprints and photography
@@TheTrixman123Wow, hello! Thank you for answering back:) I’m going to a Public college right now for Spring 2023 and I don’t know if getting a major in Biology is correct for me to pursue being a forensic scientist. I’m not good at math or Chem.
@@ivyisla2967 if you struggle with that
Try to major in natural sciences that’s the easiest route. However if you major in bio, biochem, or chem it will prepare you so much more. It’s hard but not impossible. It took me 6 years to finish just my BS but I’m still moving forward
@@TheTrixman123 Hey! A year later I’m facing a similar issue as Ivy and wanted to reach. I want to pursue forensic science as well (I’m currently in high school), more specifically in toxicology or DNA analysis and other things that are similar. I want to get a BSc in Biochemistry to do so so that I can have other options as well while working towards forensic science after graduating university. Do you know how exactly I will be able to get a job as a forensic scientist if I get a Biochem degree and how the degree will help me in the field?
admaration great video armen balian
I'm undertaking A Bachelor of Applied Science in Forensic Studies at uni next year, cannot wait :D lol
Hi! May I ask you an update as to how that is going?
Well it's a whole different kettle of fish for me now as I am also really keen on languages,.,.,
didn't quite work out with university however I'm getting keen and looking really forward to going to either France or Spain next year to soak up some language (:(:
hey was the forensic studies everything you thought it would be? What made you switch degrees?
Hey there Mia,
life has taken many twists and turns since then.,.,.,currently getting super exciting to jump aboard an aircraft and fly over to Spain for the start of my 3 year adventure where I'll go to the United Kingdom and South America as well.
Are you learning Forensics at University or?? (:(:
@@SuidySpud I want to do something in forensics. I'll be going to college through the military in about the next month or so. I hear the food is amazing in Spain! Have a safe trip!
