I had the same insecurity back when I didn't have my braces that is why I always adore hearing these kinds of stories. Although I only had my braces on for three years, I understand how you feel that it is very tiring and also, I am still insecure about how I look. But after the procedure, that three years of wearing metal braces is worth it. Hope you find the best dentist when you move to another place. ❤️

i actually have the same case, my dentist extracted 1 tooth and my teeth shifted to the left, i've been telling her about it but she said it's not, and now that my braces are removed for a year now, my teeth's also one of my insecurities. im planning on getting braces on again, but never with the same dentist.

honestly sa napansin ko kakapanood ng braces video noon, mas madami talagang gamit or mas maganda talaga yung way ng ginagawa ng mga dentist from other countries. not unlike here sa pinas, mostly kulang sila gamit, minsan sa isang clinic walang yung magsusuck ng saliva (based on my expi) then nung lumipat na ako ng clinic they had more better tools. kaya mas maganda din talagang sa kilalang clinics ka nagpapa braces 🥺
