This may be of unpopular opinion, but Super Mario Bros Wonder is the 2D platformer that we have ALWAYS wanted. Mario as a franchise quite frankly is MEANT for 2D. That's just fact. Now don't get me wrong I LOVE Odyssey, Galaxy and all those games from Mario, and obviously I'm not talking about the spin off games like Mario Golf, Strikers, Tennis Aces and all those games, but to me, Mario as I've said as a franchise just makes sense in the 2D space. And for people that are going to say 'oh but there hasn't been any innovation and anything new brought to Wonder', how much more innovation and new things do you want?
Just got this game, my take is this is a net negative in the series. Sure colors look great but this game is piss easy. Like this is the Mario game targeted for your younger children, not an avid Mario aficionado. You can’t play as yoshis without making the game trivial, and playing with friends is much less fun due to no more interactions. Someone is just going to run ahead and drag the party along. Baby easy mode game. The whole thing yeah but imma still play it since it’s primo priced
@@Guy_0306 We can only hope, but at the same time, why not add more than just Rosalina? We could probably have far more, if Nintendo were to decide to be kind to us, maybe even some other Nintendo characters that aren't in the Mario universe.

I love how fresh and original the game looks, and as someone who wanted 2D Mario to do something new, I’m happy with how this game looks. Definitely putting it in the backlog
Super Mario Bros wonder is really cool i love the style and the way the game visually looks its really unique. The level designs are pretty tight having so many playable characters is appealing and overall just a fun time really love it
I'll probably play Winder some time in the future, but I did watch someone play through it, and from what it looks like it is a very fun game, and definitely way more unique and exciting than the "New" series. From watching it I'd probably give it like an 8/10.
So are you saying other reviews are dishonest? Or were you dishonest in the past, so that's why you're qualifying your review as honest? Or are you being dishonest and are saying you are honest to cover that up? I really have no idea why a review needs an honest qualifier. It makes me very suspect of what your agenda is that I don't even want to watch it.

I really liked it, however, I felt that it was too short and also didn't have Rosalina as an unlockable character, of which is pretty disappointing.
Yeah I really wish Rosalina was in it, she's my favorite Mario princess and it would've been amazing to have all 3 in a game together

It’s great how fresh Wonder looks but yet has other faults. They took 2 steps forward and 1 step backwards
