I keep coming back to this scene! It’s so sad and emotional. You can definitely feel the actress character’s pain and desperation to survive and live after losing her family and being betrayed by her husband. When i first watched it i started bawling my eyes out 😭 😫

This is one of the most powerful scenes in the drama! Literally brought me to tears. What a performance by Wu Jinyan! So much pain and depth. Mad props to Li Yongqi as well in this scene. He really delivered being heartbroken and haunted.

This powerful scene is from "The Double." It's one of the few dramas I rewatch. Great acting by FL, ML, and secondary ML. I fell in love with the ML. So handsome ❤.

I have probably watched this drama over 5 times since its release. It is so good, so interesting and so satisfying
After finishing the drama my curiosity has never die like if she's really playing the guzheng for real or is it just all acting? Well if she just acting then it must proves how just a guzheng playing could affect my tears but if she really play it for the scene then her efforts are truely admirable ❤
I read that she did take Gu-chin and guzheng lessons for this drama.

If you read her little background she was actually a serious dancer & music student before she focused her career as an actress. She’s a great singer as well & have performed on stage before.
She may have studied the melody and instrument but unsure if she’s ever played it for real as it may be time consuming

@@hanaehaeri1236 In one interview, this actress said that she had taken lessons of 古琴, Gu-ching, for this drama but found out that she actually would play Gu-zang, rather than 古琴, Gu-ching,, so she got a crash course for Gu-zang on the backstage. People saying that the CGI ruined it either haven't truly listened while watching or they themselves do not understand the hypocrisy in this entire episode. Here they all stand the elite and spoilt off spring who bully their way through life looking down on those less fortunate. As she starts to play they've already been judge jury and executioner. Until she made them look and listen.
The sign says SCHOOL OF INTEGRITY, it shows the sign multiple times but this school is anything but INTEGRITY the entire elite class is less than the man in street they have no apathy with those below them they see them as ants to squash and use. Integrity is the quality of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. Integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or earnestness of one's actions. Integrity can stand in opposition to hypocrisy. A person with integrity behaves ethically and does the right thing, even behind closed doors. No one doubts those at the same level but they destroy and kill those they view as a threat with this scene she pours out all her sorrow and pain and the fate in which she was dealt carrying on her shoulders the burden of not only unravelling why this happened to her but also wanting justice for Jiang Li. The horror and abuse they both suffered through at the hands of those who should have loved and protected them. The emotions needed to be shown to match the music and in this they did succeed. She met a monster who she thought loved her he tried to kill her and then buried her but she was still alive. This is pay back and I hope she takes every single one of them down.

So excitement, so emotional scene i've ever seen. Sound sadly but contain a power and a strong enthusiasm to overcome all obstacles of women.
A very powerful and impactful scene. She doesn't talk but her gesture, the melody of the guqin she plays, really stab my heart. I can feel the pain and betrayal that Fangfei experienced 😭😭
