Thanks for the recipe. What amazes me is how did you roll out so perfect circles for each sheets? Did you cut them out with a round cutter or a round pot lid ? I can never get any of them in perfect circles , each roti ( chapati, pita, puri, or rumali roti ) will turn from squircle to oval 🤣. What is the length of your rolling pin? I only have a traditional wooden rolling pin with indent for handles. What kind of rolling pin is ideal and would you recommend ?Also a humble requests would you be able to show us how to make pita pockets in your upcoming cooking videos. Much appreciated. God bless🙏🏽
