Thank you so much for this video. I am a traditional watercolor artist, never used digital tools to paint with and I was afraid I have to give up my style for a certain level because I can not work freely with watercolor digitally. But you showed me how to do it and I am very thankful
Hello, Love your videos watched a fair few of them now and they have really helped. I have one little question - when i put the black background behind my piece in it had LOADS of small white parts around the edges, is it a case of me going around individually and deleting them? there is a lot?
Glad you like them! The background might not have been removed completely. If you have Photoshop, you can change the blending modes and the white areas will disappear. This tutorial might help: ua-cam.com/video/kTxvLKLs5QU/v-deo.html
@@bycristinasilvia thank you, (I was far to excited about your speedy reply, thanks! It made my morning) yes I went through that video of yours first, my flowers are a very pale almost transparent pinky white so I found the black took over alot of them. Again I want to say thank you your videos are so good, looked long and hard to find someone who clearly explains these things so huge appreciation.
will that also work for any hand painted image ? I want to make a flower botanique pattern ( do flowers will look like in a botanique book) for a fabric.
Yes, it should work for any image. The only problem is that the more colors you have, the larger your file will be. So you will have to adjust the number of paths and colors.

Thank you so much for the tutorial! I've been looking to vectorize my drawings done on Procreate and this is just so good and simple!

@@sallyaston322 You're welcome! It's a bit more complicated if you have light colors and you might have to manually remove the white areas.
Awesome thanks
was this originally painted on paper or was the watercolor image made digitally first?
please where did you click on the keyboard when you wanted to delete the white square behind the design
I use the Delete key for that.
