Create a Glass Morphism Effect in Adobe Photoshop

Is there a way to adjust the glass effect after you've made this? I thought I hit upon it last week and now I'm unable to. I want to remove some of the blur.

you can reduce the gaussian blur or maybe even reduce the overall opacity of that layer. Try that!
