Visited here two years ago with my daughter and her family from Chandler. We went at night during the Christmas season. They were very busy, so they were running both their steam and diesel engines. The train ride was beautiful. They had tons of lighted displays along the route. The museum is very good. The model railroad building is large and you can spend hours looking at the details on the layout. I highly recommend a visit to here.
Thank you for the video introducing McCormick Stillman Railroad Park to enjoy with children, The history and relics of the railway station are also interesting.🛤🚃
The people who put this together for the American people are truly inspirational. So much kindness has been demonstrated here with this whole venture. It gives hope that there are still good people out there.
Hi, You did a great job on this vlog but just a thought you might consider to having the thought of sharing more of what you’re Seeing because some of your viewers might not be able to travel and the only way they may be able to see the rest of what you’re viewing is from your channel just a suggestion keep up the great job! Thanks again.
Good suggestion.. thanks! This was an unplanned trip actually and I decided to film it on a whim, so unfortunately, I really wasn't prepared for it. I do hope to go back again and get a ride on the live steamers and provide more info.
If you live in the Phoenix area and like McCormick Stillman RR Park, check out Enchantment Island in Encanto Park. They have a slightly larger gauge miniature railroad you can ride. It's not the original train, but a rebuilt version after the amusement park was torn down (against public outcry) and rebuilt (because of the public outcry). The carrousel should still be the original one. Not quite the same vibe as McCormick, but still fun anyway.
Cool Jas! Reminds me of the park that was across the street from Knotts Berry Farm...the Knotts parking lot now. Had a big lake, mule rides and a train like that you can ride that went around the lake.

Cool.. yea the models they have there are so detailed..and I spent hours in there!!
Sadly, the park doesn't have the model railroad shop anymore. They said the shop closed down something like ten years ago.
Carosel and Trains on a beautiful day ,What could be better.

Riding A train That Size Yep!👍👍👍👍
I would like to go here and also see their small miniature steam locomotive #11 that was built back in 1957.
Definitely should.. there is a lot to look at and didn't even make it to the live steamers train, so I'll be going back again.
The music is awful
stupid distrating music , over powering ,
Yes.. how stupid of me to not just want to hear the people around me and kids yelling.. because that's not "distrating."
