Appreciate the comedic self awareness of owning tactical gear. Every guy needs to pretend they're an elite warrior in the privacy in their own home once in a while
I too fight corrugated iron on a regular basis. Seeing you pommel a sheet brought tears to my eyes. For centuries, it has kept us under its “protection” however, it’s just lording it over us.
I think a turd under the shirt is a greater deterrent than any knife.

Especially since anyone who you might want to repel with a knife might not notice a knife, but they will probably notice a turd.

@@glenecollins You are correct on this one. I was referring to other past videos & reviews where he does indeed take a more straight forward perspective on the knife he is reviewing.
On the whole however, his quirky & excellent sense of humour in his videos always seems to shine through. This, along with his intelligent approach to knives, their use, application & the different steels used has kept me as a subscriber since his early days.
I wouldn't worry about getting the model name wrong, any name other than TURDSHARD is the wrong name

Fullers are for reducing weight & making the blade stiffer so it flexes less in the thrust. That doesn't really translate to stronger though. A fuller can technically weaken the blade, especially if cut too deep.

Have you ever used liquid dish soap to lubricate a knife before cutting your vinyl tubing? I've done this before and it's a drastically cleaner and faster cut
I think that would be counterproductive given the testing goals. You want to see how the blade geometry of a given design affects cutting ability.
