I built these Slopestyle dirt jumps back in 2021 when I wanted to modify my compound to have way bigger tricks jumps for Slopestyle competitions. When I built them I didn't think that Ben and Jamie would be able to ever ride jumps this big, and neither did they. But the day has come where they both attempt to ride these massive backyard dirt jump and up their Slopestyle game!! Enjoy there riding and the POV shots that show the size of these sick kickers and gaps.

Fuck yeah man. This episode made me realize how much I genuinely care about these guys. I'm just chilling with my dog on the couch sore after a ride and I got actively hyped for them when they each landed it the first time.

I’m 55 and grinning from ear to ear. I’ve watched you all over the last couple of years. I don’t know who I’m more chuffed for? Matt ledge for bringing them two on. Ben throwing out his anxiety a while ago and now Jammie! Jammie one week a back flip now watching him conquer his fears and clearing that huge jump. 🙌🏻👏🏻. I wish I was 30 years younger.

I really can’t get over how great these videos are. And Ben and Jamesons progression is truly astounding. It’s like we get to see the mix of observation and courage in real time. It’s like Matt shows them it’s possible and then encourages them and reminds them of how good they are and then Ben and Jaime just have the balls to send it. You can tell Ben and Jamie are getting a whole new appreciation for Matt after it's their turn to try the big jumps. I don't blame them at all. It's terrifying hitting something with that much speed. Plus Matt is super chill and low-key. But he's one of the best riders in the world, it's just easy to forget that with these videos because he doesn't ever act like a big shot or anything.

I think Jamie's progression is so inspiring getting over fears and then finally letting go and pushing through. It's so relatable not just in mountain biking but also in life.

What a great feeling to see them progress, the same day I got my youngest to finally ride his first dirt mountainbike trail. Watching someone close to you grow like that is such a treat.
Sometimes it can feel like Jamie is on the outskirts of the "Ben and Matt show" and I feel bad for him,but then you guys have moments like this,and we see the camaraderie between Ben and Jamie,and the props Matt gives,and I realise Jamie is just a quiet guy. I think there was no doubt Ben could do it. The man has skills, he just needs to believe in them. But seeing Jamie nail that jump and hearing him scream and he realizes he’s done it is genuinely exciting. And I usually don’t get pumped for people across the pond, whom I’ve never met. But I’m pumped for these two, and they definitely carried the channel today while Matt stood on the sidelines.

As a kid I used to ride my bike to and from school. But that was literally just, vanilla bike riding, I got stuck in the attitude of: all good skaters/bikers learned their tricks when they were young. And that time had gone by me, so I never tried anything "risky". But seeing these lads, of similar age to me, still riding, still learning, and still conquering their fears, it makes me realise that it's never too late to learn how to send it. Good on you lads.

man this brought me genuine happiness seeing them do this. Ben has always been a solid rider just trying new things, but Jamie looked like a mannequin the first time he was on a bike so stiff and uncomfortable. Now I am watching him send 30ft jumps and to see them so happy/relieved was awesome. Keep being a great teacher Matt
