True..they are much cheaper but biggest problem is most of the workmanship available is still lacking hence higher Chances of bad product. Also the main structure of a building is the cheapest... Walls are damn cheap.. you should aim to cut costs on foundation, roofing, and finishes as they are the ones with the biggest difference... Unless you have your own timber or stones or other walling options and get them on the cheap just go the stone way...

Another insight i would like u to highlight, is the old method of combining 2 materiel's like building with stones on the lower half of the wall and then adding corrugated sheets/half cuts to the upper part. Is this still recommended practice?

If they are selling it as an alternative way to build n wwachane na story za affordable I will stop... I will even support their initiative's showing the benefits of such builds and application my issues is that they just there to make a quick buck on to the next
