What is the effect of post tensioned flat slab on Columns in a high rise building. Are there additional horizontal stresses on the columns as a result of the post tensioned force.
Sir Rabin, i'm studying the effect of parabolic tendons, and i have a question. I'm using the Equivalent Load method for get a moment diagram from a "Wequivalent", but i compared that diagram with the moment diagram obtained by "P*e" and this is bigger than "Wequivalent" diagram. Why does that happen?
