    Lovely! I did the west coast of Scotland over several tours back in the early 80's, a great experience - I never saw another cycle tourist and few cars - I think I'd notice the difference now. But I've got Edinburgh-Glasgow-Edinburgh via canals and old railway lines on my wish list... Plus now I'm thinking about non-cycling holidays too!

      We can only imagine! It was much quieter 10 years ago when we first got here so can only begin to think what it was like in the 80’s. Paul’s cycled Edinburgh to Glasgow and vice versa a few times via Falkirk on the canal. Well worth it!
