Indeed, Notre-Dame de Paris is also my favorite Gothic Cathedral. I restarted the Cathedral 2x to get to the one in the Video.

There's one build community called "BuildTheEarth" where they're building the entire earth, 1:1 scale, It's recommended you show them your map and They'll definately add this map to their server
