It very easily could be double-tracked too to widen it further. I think stripping to guitar and bass would help it stand out more!! "Most nights, I don't know anymore." is double-tracked.
Don't forget to add some droning vocals behind certain lines.

The closest thing I can compare this vocal harmonies are the choruses from Tread Lightly or Clandestiny By Mastodon They have 3 singers and their drummer Brann Dailor Is a very good singer with a pretty high singing voice
