A few days ago I had suggested you to read “ good night stories” by taking advantage of your beautiful Voice and to Induce us into a deep sleep. But , you already had something being planned and I just loved this and I needed it today as I had a rough day at work that made me feel miserable! The stories are a great idea, I've definitely got that one in the back of my mind! I wonder where i can get the stories from? and whether they would be copyrighted? Something to ponder tho, i love it! thanks for the suggestion 💙
@@ChibsMeditation Hello!!! You’re right ! You do not permission from the author to read a book on line, it’s called “ copyright clearance” ( at least in the USA) . But perhaps, you could get some nice, small, short stories from local authors who would easily give permission for that, or who knows, you might have interesting life stories of you own that you could tell ( without revealing that in fact it’s you☺️) .. or friends’ stories. You know, our lives could be a book when we tell our stories.

And when I started to think about Kristen Neff, you even mentioned her. ❤I learned about her 3 steps recently in a course and I find it so helpful. What I learned to add at the end is to ask myself, what do I need right now? What would selfcompassion do? And give that to myself, that good be a selfhug, a breath of fres air, a nice warm tea, anything. And that’s so soothing and for me that rounds it all up for that moment . Maybe you could add something like that as well? Thank you for your soothing voice and support 🙏 I wish you a beautiful day ✨💕
