Ngl, the end of the year is usually super hard for me in terms of food. I am still in ED recovery but Im really happy that my relationship with food has improved!!! I used to literally NEVER let myself enjoy any of the holiday foods and would constantly restrict. I'm really happy I'm out of that mindset and can enjoy various foods

I recently found out that I am pre diabetic and at first I went completely crazy cutting out everything because I was so stressed about it but my doctor helped me realized it’s all about balance and as long as I’m being healthy most of the time it’s still okay to allow myself to enjoy my favorite foods in moderation

thank you for the food chat! like you, i have been so scared to incorporate diary and gluten because of my acne as well. i cut out those food groups about a year and a half ago but i’m honestly confused if it’s a trigger or not but thank you for your transparency with your acne and diet journey 💕

Food is our trend 😋 I loooove eating and I eat what I want but I try to eat in a good balance of healthy and unhealthy food. There are weeks where I eat super healthy and the next week I'm eating more or less junk food 🤣 but I don't want to forbid myself to eat something I feel like eating. And I think that this is very important. Just finding a good balance and not thinking too much about every meal.

Yes, even i used to think all the time like if i will consume sugar, i'll get a pimple or maybe eat this then that would happen! Then one day a friend of mine told me that it is related to your psychology as well...you know the way you think...if you think that by eating certain foods you'll develope acne or something then it definitely will ...i used to overthink alotttt like literally alot...but eventually like around August this year i settled and decided to think that nothing would happen if we are eating a balanced diet and thinking positively about this whole situation of food...and it actually worked!❤
Do you track your calorie intake? You eat pretty healthy and your portions are good. But I have an Ed and your one meal is my whole days worth of food and I feel it's a lot and too full to function and need to rid of it asap 😞
I have the exact same issue.. I'm scared to eat dairy cause I'm afraid I'll break out more... And when i have to eat dairy I'll feel guilty after that which is so negative... It's not easy I've seen a few dermatologist, took antibiotics and my acne came back. Its so frustrating in the same time. Anyway, Your videos makes me happy!!!! And I've never missed watching your videos for 2 years now. ♥️
Just wanna point out that there's no such thing as "eating perfect". What you're describing is intuitive eating: you try to eat whole foods mostly and also balance it with some processed foods once in a while. I recommend watching Abbey Sharp's videos, she has educated me a lot about nutrition!
