Just rescued my dog 3 weeks ago...still figuring out what is the best way to help him release his energy~I love watching all of your videos, because I am learning so much!!!
Little before 7:30 mark little dog stealth peed was quick, wonder how often people get pee on them without knowing it now. Always great to listen to Cesar though always feel like you can learn and practice so much of what you hear and see in these videos. Thanks for sharing I'd say our dogs favorite way to release energy is greeting us then running away full throttle

I’m pretty sure you’re not following Cecar’s teachings because I haven’t seen him responding to questions like you did. I wonder how unhappy your dogs are 🤔

Saw this man many years ago, I was very 1 track mind to say the least. My mother would say "Here come watch this with me" to which I would scoff! Thinking to myself, Our dog is fine, why do I want to watch a show about dogs. Well here I am probably some 13 years later and a video popped up in my feed, Mr Millan! Couldn't hurt to watch one. May learn to be a better doggo owner. Well, that was 6 hours ago and after 6 hours of straight watching, I think I learnt how to be a better human rather than pet owner, which funny as now I get it.....by becoming a better human, I naturally am a more loving pet owner. You are a good man and thank you for sharing freely your gift with us. It has been a pleasurable 6 hours and I look forward to watching more tomorrow. Peace and Love
Cesar, I've had 2 dogs in my adult life. 1 was a rott/lab mix and now I have a puree bred Rottweiler puppy. Watching your videos is consistently teaching me that I have lots of work to do to keep my energy calm in order to help my puppy. Thank you for all do.
My mind was blown within the first 2 minutes. I love how he intertwines Spirituality with his dog training, because it is truly a spiritual relationship! Going to get a Boston Terrier in a few days. I have trained my Great Dane fairly well but honestly now I've seen this video I know I can do so much better.
I love Cesar! When I was looking up how to calm my dog u made me realize I was not calm(adhd) and it helped me try n stay chill as I walk the pooch everyday..super helpful!!
Holy Cesar I've been watching you for years and I love seeing how your teaching is evolving as well (amazing to even more amazing a time goes)! All I know I love Cesar he is my hero in a lot of ways. I became obsessed watch every episode from 1988 something to now, he inspired me to adopt the most difficult cases of dogs, from aggression to skittishness and the outcome I’ve had from these dogs are amazing, he thought me there always hope for any dogs, it’s the humans that have problems. Now I rescued 11 dogs of my owns. German Shepherds became my favorite. Keep up the good work Cesar God bless you always.
The analogies on race and dog breeds are insightful, dogs are given an expectation for behavior based on the dogs breed. It is also reassuring that others also share and see that energy of individuals is felt by dogs and influence their behavior. The breed of dogs I have is considered and expected to be loving, gentle, easy-going giants that love children. The oldest fits this personality, but the youngest does not. She resources guards and has challenges with children. Your re-enforcement on taking care of the dog's needs is great. Often we as humans want our dogs to be convenient and fit in our lifestyle and don't consider whether we can provide them with the lifestyle they need. Thank you for your UA-cam videos they are insightful and helpful.
Then there are rival packs. There is no way around controversy unfortunately. I know it sounds bleak but the key is to be a good person and do the next right thing.

Because of Caesars trials and tribulations and heart centre he has and is a most exceptional man and a gift to us all 💓 and no doubt he is still learning and healing in his way. Just watching Caesar is so healing to me, and teaches and helps me be calmer xxx ♥️ Thank you so much Caesar
I love this I've lived with dogs when I lived at home still and love all animals and this is so true. Although I have a cat as I'm disabled now and can't think of having to walk daily as getting around has become hard sometimes.. nice to see him still being able to continue helping people learn the skills and what's needed.
Ceasar should do a video with Jenna Marbles, I think she does a good job, but it would be cool to see their pack at the ranch. And I think Jenna would love it.
I work exclusively with the Homeless in Baltimore and you got it in ONE. Most of the Homeless here who have dogs have pitbulls and those dogs never take their eyes off of their person..they stay right at their sides and respond to verbal commands immediately..they dont fight in the encampments and when they have to sit outside the clinic on the porch and wait they stay down..react to nothing and stare at the door until their person comes out. 100% evidence that it is the human and not the dog.
@Mr Free1 • 18 years ago what does that have to do with the dogs...and that is a very inaccurate and unfair generalization of an entire population of people..many of whom are not on drugs at all.
As a ×4 Boston Terrier owner in Massachusetts found this particular episode very helpful. Will watch it again to pick up any bits of info. that slipped by the first time. Thanks Caesar! My 4th Boston was surrendered twice by two different owners sadly. Please be committed or don,t bother having pets.
I just saved a 6 month old boxer/pit from the pound. He had so much energy and was so difficult to take on a walk. I kept taking longer and longer walks and it just wasn't working. I watched this video and immediately decided to take him for a walk with this mindset. Such a huge change!! TYVM! I am working on training me.
I am having the same problem with my golden retriever, Sheldon. He is one year old this month and my husband and I got him when he was four months old. Three weeks ago my husband had to go out of state to work and had to leave Sheldon with me. I get very anxious when it’s time to walk because he is so strong and has so many bad behaviors. I’m trying to learn all the right things to do to have a well disciplined dog, but am honestly struggling. There are a lot of dogs in the RV Resort I live in and that makes it a little harder because most of them have some of the same behavior problems as Sheldon. I’ll keep watching your channel and hopefully learn enough to get Sheldon to a state of mind that is calm. Thank you Cesar.
Hi my favourite pack! Just want to share, at this time, I have no pets, I'm alone, and I just learned from Cesar what I need to do for myself! I want to Thank You! Much Love and Many Blessings! ♡♡♡
Thank you Cesar. I have a Boston Terrier, he’s been walking off leash all his life with me. We use to walk in park for 2 hours everyday. He’s got Cushings and 11 years old now and blind. I talk to him everyday about how we use to go walking in the park together.😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤
My little mini long haired dachshund rescue dog, Tucker had been dumped in a Walmart parking lot at 13 months old. He weighed only 8 lbs... he was skin over bone practically. Since then he has come up to a normal wt w shiney coat and very loving. Whenever we take him in a car away from home, he becomes very anxious, crying and whining. Whether it is to a park for a walk or to the vet's office... he exhibits this behavior no matter how I try to calm and reassure him.Once we are headed home from wherever... he relaxes and is very calm w no signs of anxiety. I feel he was traumatized when he was abandoned. We have had him 5 yrs now and except for one time leaving him overnight bc of tooth extractions... he has ALWAYS come back home w us... I am at a loss of how to reassure him that we will not ever abandon him. He is very loving but is so distracting when he is w us in a car that we don't take him out for drives that are not close to home. Any suggestions please would be welcome.
Your dog training techniques about reading the energy and not the race should be taught to all people. Dogs truly judge based on the character of the person, not how they look. I love that.
I learn about people's behavior listening to the lessons you share with your clients. I worked with a teacher during my career as a para educator working with at risk kids. He told me he read your book "The Dog Whisper" and used your techniques with the kids (students) and he said: "it works!"
The reason Watson is leading his owner, is that Curtis clearly spends more time on his phone and not understanding his dog better. Cesar is talking to Curtis walking the pack and he isn't paying attention but Watson is!
When Caesar talk it’s all seems so obvious and we all think how did I not see or know this! We all look at our dogs from a human standpoint rather than as dogs in a doggy state of mind and what makes them calm and chilled out! I have learned so very much and watch all o f Caesars videos to teach myself to recognise or know how to deal with my dogs and make sure they are living their best lives as dogs!
It always helps when you have a support network. If you have an unruly dog even if you take them to doggy school it can get very intense and stressful very quickly when in the public. Simply because people and other dog owners look down on you and don't offer support. I've been very lucky to find at least one dog owner who will happily let my dog learn to correct himself in the presence of his dog. Its not that I'm not teaching him correctly he doesn't get to see the postive if the other dog is taken away before he settles. It's something to consider as a dog owner.
Love the mentality of the fantastic human being. If only the rest of the people in the world could think and act and feel like him. I myself just feel the most amazing sense of calm just watching him in his videos.

I love how the little one just joins no leash needed, just goes with the flow lol securing the rear haha
I need a video on excessive barking at the door or any tiny noise. (This is after an hour long daily walk) She is constantly anxious and alert.
Man I need this as well..

There's heaps of uploads by Caesar on this topic
Mark it with a no and throw a tennis ball right at her hard. She'll get the idea after a few times of you doing this. Plus you'll find your aim improves as well.
H K me: shut up!
My dog: yay are we playing fetch?!
I could watch you walk your pack for hours it’s like my happy place. You are my happy place.
Seeing you talk more about energy and how important it is in animal behaviour is so cool to see because energy really applies everywhere! You are such a blessing to this planet! You are so amazing at what you do!
Cesar is the most blessed EARTH ANGEL that GOD ever sent for his beautiful little furbabys, where would we be with out him to help us be the best pack leaders ever. Thank you GOD for sending us CESAR.♥♥♥🙏🙏🙏🐾🐾♥🐾🐾🙏🐾🐾♥
He’s so smart and his out look on life is a blessing that most need to hear
I love that, dogs don't look at race they just want to be part of the pack. If only people thought the same way
Then there are rival packs. There is no way around controversy unfortunately. I know it sounds bleak but the key is to be a good person and do the next right thing.
@@kevai6290 yikes. If you look at her comment with your world eye view, you'd just say people do, they're call gang members...what a way to look at the world, with a glass half full.
thank you - this is such a great way to show how we tent to feel so guilty about our dogs not getting exercise, that we tend to not expect them to be calm when we go for a walk
One of my favourite videos on walking a dog the right way and learning how to be a better leader / dog trainer. Thank you Cesar.
Im crazy about Junior! He’s sooo precious!❤️
Awh I have a Boston and he’s sooooo smart he even sings. Best dog ever!!!
"In the streets you dont just walk in" Lol
😂 Yes that is correct
Ok, aside from what a KING he is with dogs... this guy is FIT !!! Whenever I see Cesar he is in such a good shape.. impressive.
I love this I've lived with dogs when I lived at home still and love all animals and this is so true. Although I have a cat as I'm disabled now and can't think of having to walk daily as getting around has become hard sometimes.. nice to see him still being able to continue helping people learn the skills and what's needed.
If Cesar does this with Jenna Marbles' dogs, they'll just cry the whole time, especially the nasty one
Ceasar should do a video with Jenna Marbles, I think she does a good job, but it would be cool to see their pack at the ranch. And I think Jenna would love it.
@@crexx8296 couldn't agree more!
Is she still making videos?
@@ang1337 yes, she is in fact doing better than ever, her videos are very relaxing and adorable
@@julianefedova5776 ok i check her out and dnt know that she date jim hopper from stranger things and also that damn rat Kermit is still crying
9 out of 10 homeless people have a Pitbull...off leash !
--Cesar Millan, 2019
Love me a pittie
Maybe 9 out of 10 pitbulls you see off leash are owned by homeless people. Because the homeless live a more structured life.
L.D.A. Vega so true, homeless people’s dog are way better trained than any other dog’s.
@Mr Free1 • 18 years ago what does that have to do with the dogs...and that is a very inaccurate and unfair generalization of an entire population of people..many of whom are not on drugs at all.
I always learn tips from Cesar’s techniques on how better bond with my dog, who I love dearly!
I new of him for years. No words can describe my happiness after actually watching and learning from his videos.
"he needs more meditation than chuck e cheese" lol that's amusing but so perfect.
I have a boston terrier. This is so helpful. Thank you.
I don’t even have a dog, this is my fav thing in the whole world to watch you Cesar!
I love how the yorki with it's tiny little paws keeps up.
Cesar: "A 15 minute walk is an insult to a dog." Let's RESPECT our dogs. ❤️
so true, unless its a few times a day, plus they need to play/train.
Yes, Im so glad theres people who do that with their dogs. Not enough of them!
@@analarson2920 wait, so how long a walk should be and how often a day?
just a video. you guys are stupid!
15 minute run is more like it.
That Yorkie just follows them the whole way without a lease on. What a good dog!
So happy to see you doing what you do best.
I’ve learned a lot from you 😍
I love that guy's attitude. I just watched a video and the owner was really cold and caused the dogs issues. This guy is positive and so chill.
Cesar is a fantastic teacher. He explains in way people can understand. Wow. So fun to watch
I *LOVE* how Ceasar serves the truth to people and tells them:
It is YOU who has to be good, not the dog
Love the quote “He needs more meditation than chuckie cheese”
Relates so well to my pit and myself😂
Cesar! Can you introduce us to your dogs? How you got them and their personalities. 😍
Raising the Perfect Dog introduces and explains a lot of them!
I recognised some of them in this video like the dog holly which in the past bit him.
Cesar you are amazing. I'm so glad Watson did so much better. He'll be much happier 💖💖💖💖💖
Curtis: ... I'm leading the pack.
Cesar: PACK'O DAWGS BRUH
🤣
" he needs more meditation than chuck e cheese" LOL I LAUGHED
So did I!
that was hilarious i started laughing
That was the most beautiful analogy!
Ceasar, I love your work and I say to myself "Be like Ceasar". It helps me be consistent. Thank you for sharing your gifts!
Ceasar has become our pack leader remodel in our heads!
That Yorkie! 💕Love how that tiny dog is in the pack
He told me he read your book "The Dog Whisper" and used your techniques with the kids (students) and he said: "it works!"
i´m so happy you moved forward and are still helping people and dogs. Thank you very much.
The reason Watson is leading his owner, is that Curtis clearly spends more time on his phone and not understanding his dog better. Cesar is talking to Curtis walking the pack and he isn't paying attention but Watson is!
15:57 it's awesome that Cesar's pack followed him but the other guy's dog waited for him to start running, that's loyalty right there
My 7 month doberman runs like his tail on fire! Love you Cesar Milan 😉
Ceser is so right.. STAY CALM!! in all aspects of leadership, staying calm and in control is key
The first 2 minutes in, the first thing my eyes went to was stella 😂😂
😀
Drew lynch’s stella?
precious.frostie yes
@@PreciousFrostie Yup 😂
Carmen Gonzalez haha what is she doing there
Thank you for these videos! Keep cranking them out!!

Life changing advice, not just for my dog but for me as well. Thank you Cesar.
