- Hope you didn't think we were gonna leave you hanging in between this holiday season, no we here at RRC are working round the clock to make sure we deliver you content and quality. Today we are showcasing the Meadowview Manor, with a few special features that you don't want to miss. Starting here on the exterior we have a big accent wall of our all new stone siding on the bump out of the home. On the beautiful wrap around porch with a southern yellow pine ceiling, the wood burning fireplace with stone surround.
This 399 Sqft. manor is suited by the luxury cabin style it holds on the interior. We have many special things in the home, from the southern yellow pine accents throughout, hickory cabinets, the custom wood countertops on the island as well as on the interior fireplace mantel, to the matching corridor backsplash in the kitchen and used in the walk-in shower. Something to note, we opted for no loft in this model and normally when we don't do a loft in a Meadowview, we place a second exterior door in the bedroom that leads onto the porch. Well today we wanted to try something new, instead of doing a door there we did a large picture window. The new look completely opens up the space, making the room feel large and inviting with plenty of natural light.

That tiny home checked all of my must-have boxes! Only thing I'd add is a dishwasher! Absolutely loved the wood island and countertops!! Well done Mr Tiny!!

When you think about how expensive new fully loaded trucks/Suvs cost, this home is beautiful, well designed, has 30 year warranty on siding & roof, and it won’t lose all of its value after driving it off the lot.

Gorgeous finishes inside and out, on this Meadowview Manor. Would love to see a 2 bed 2 bath model with side by side laundry with the same or similar fixtures and finishes.

NO dishwasher needed for two plates. It's perfect. I rather have that space for my pots and pans, and a drawer for all my spices, etc

I gotta say, this is perfection.
It's extremely warm & inviting. And this layout makes every area feel like its own full sized room. Surprisingly enough, even the bathroom doesn't feel tiny at all.

Finally, I’ve seen a tiny home I would, and could, live in! The thing that I’m most blown away by is the ability for a king-size bed, great size living room and kitchen, and for those of us that live in a mostly year around outdoor area, a great porch! Well done 👏

Absolutely gorgeous!! So many great features. Where to begin? I love the 12-foot porch, the wood paneling, and the trim throughout the home. The tile shower is stunning. The electric fireplace in the living room is a great feature as well. 👏
I totally agree with @christysbutterfly1612 said, right down to the dishwasher. The only thing that would make it even better is a rain shower head AND a detachable spray. This one knocked it clear outta the park!
This is a good looking cabin-style home. Love the both fireplaces, the ample size porch, the ceilings, and shower.
Oh, and forgot to add the exterior is look is high-end.

Pretty great in every way. Surprised to learn the bedroom TV niche could accommodate a 40" TV. How large of a TV can go about the fireplace? Shower with the splash wall, low step in is great! Colors for backsplash and shower = perfect. And the ceilings bc of no loft is also awesome. Great job, well done.. ❤❤❤

I love all the design elements of this model, however, I prefer the lofted version of the Meadowview for the extra storage and place for guests and family to sleep over. I am also a tub/shower combo person, but there seems to be enough space to switch out the shower for that option. It's amazing how you design such a beautiful, functional home in that square foot limit. The outside fireplace and space adds a lot of comfortable space outside too. Well done!

This home just went to the top of my list! I love everything about it, the wood island top, the shower, and the rock, are probably my top favorite features, but it is all so stunning, it is impossible for me to pick one favorite. I would add a dishwasher between the sink and refrigerator, change the appliances to black stainless steel, but those are the only changes I would want to make it perfect for me.🌷💐
You did a surperb job. I enjoyed this video, and I've watched so many videos these last 7 years on you tube. I rely like ypur style. You will ho far in what ever you do. Trust me on that!. I'm starting to consider a tiny home or a destination trailer since the hubby is handicapped and most places are two story.

The bathroom is so pretty. I would need a much better shower option and a seat in shower would be essential since my spouse is handicapped. Door from the bedroom is something that would be so nice. I can not undetstand prople having security isdues. Im thinking safety. Great great video my new friend. Outdoor fireplace was my favorite.....

I'd eliminate the two transom windows in the kitchen as they do not add much and instead would want taller wall cabinets as this kitchen has virtually no storage.

Hey Mr. Tiny. We're subscribed, like we should be and we've been watching you for years and would love to one day, downsize into one of your tiny homes. This may be the one. How hard is it to replace the interior, electric fireplace with a gas insert and take out all the windows except for the transom windows and the kitchen window (great for handing a beer out to someone in front of the fireplace). Would also love to screen in the porch. Keep the great stuff coming. Thanks Kirk and Christine.
Would like a gas fireplace too. Great to have indoors if powers goes out as a way to heat the living room area. That and gas stove top you could stay warm and cozy for a few days with no power. In the south we loose power often in the winter.
I loved the 54" shower if it had a built in seat it would be absolutely perfect!

That is a beautiful tiny home!! The only thing I would change would be turning that huge window, in the back bedroom, into a smaller window. No need to have a door or large window. A smaller one would do fine for me.😊 overall, a great home for someone! Love it!❤
This is beautiful. I love all the wood, of course, all the outdoor living space with the real fireplace, and the front kitchen. If I were able to buy this I would omit the door to the bathroom inside the bedroom and have the long bedroom window replaced with a door to the outside. I would have the two windows on the entry side raised up like the one behind the couch. I might even consider asking if the inside electric fireplace could be another small real fireplace. Mr Tiny, I watch all your videos and give them all a like, even if I only comment occasionally. I usually like the lofted ones best but this one is a jewel even without one. Where the couch goes there is plenty of room for a couch that converts to guest sleeping. I loved your intro, as well.

Very nice, but I would change some things. The space distribution between the house and the porch needs adjustment. Change the porch depth to 8 feet, and give the other 4 feet to the kitchen area. Convert the porch to a screened and glassed in sunroom and living room. This would make it possible to use the current living room as the home office. I would still put a big comfy chair in the corner by the indoor fireplace though. The expanded kitchen would have more cabinet and counter space. I'd get skinnier versions of the oven range and the fridge. Instead of unreachable cabinets over the fridge I'd put a drawer under it. I'd leave the space under the sink open so a wheeled chair or a wheelchair could be pulled right up to the sink. I use a wheeled office chair in the kitchen of my handicapped accessible apartment, and it's a big help. I would lower the island to table height and rotate it 90 degrees. That would provide more maneuvering room on all sides. I'm short and disabled, so a tall island would never work for me. The enlarged kitchen would have room for a pair of front loading washer and dryer. Their current space could then be used as a linen and broom closet. In the bedroom I'd put the closets together and put the drawer set at the end closest to the bathroom, or maybe get rid of the drawers in favor of one giant closet. I'd get rid of the giant window and either have a wall or put a non window door with a peep hole there. I'd do the same with the front door. I'd put grab bars in the shower and maybe one by the toilet I'd change the shower fixtures to the handicapped accessible type.
I don't usually care for so much brown on the outside of the house, but having different, but compatible shades for different outside features actually worked out well in this case. I also like the brown stone siding with a dark gray tunge to it. The overall outside color palette really looks great this time, except for the door. The color is right, but the shade is awful. It should be either forest or spruce green. The indoor color palette is good too. I likethe kitchen backsplash and the shower tiles a lot. The different wood shades inside seem to work well together, and the whole place has a nice rustic feel both inside and out. The only color downside is that the place will be rather dark inside. I know this from previous experience. My previous home had medium wood colored fake paneling on almost every square inch of space indoors. It was always too dark inside. To reduce that problem in thisodel, paint any non wood and non tile surfaces a bright white. I'd also paint the wooded ceilings that thin whitewash paint that lets the grain show through. While I'm at it why not just move the kitchen to the middle and put the home office at the end with a door out into the sunroom.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place. I would want a door for emergency only. My favorite parts are the exterior look on the and the wrap around porch with the fireplace, the kitchen area and the spacious look in living room area and the living, bedroom with the drawers.

This is pretty nice! I didn't think I'd like a truly tiny home, I would to add the door in the Master to the porch, I'd like a soaking tub/shower. Still need at least a half bath. Add custom ladders to reach above in the Master bedroom.🌹

BACK AGAIN to see the realty sell! This English Manor is B E A U T I F U L! for the surprise of applied stonework, fireplace and color selection! Inside... the yellow pine is a downer that blocks personalization of color. Drywall for client choice and decor matching along with that masonry kitchen backsplash. (any option for soapstone counter tops?}... back to beautiful! ...and of course, the salesman at centerfront is a big attention getter (I do want to add)... I can get the girls out for "eyes on" and get the new models rolling out with hopes there will be a SECOND RRC SALES SPOT near INDIANA or Tucson, Arizona.
