මෙහෙමයි Akash, අපි ශ්‍රිතයකට කියන්නේ function එකක් කියල. එතකොට function of x කියන එක අපි ලියන්නේ f(x). සිංහලෙන් කියුවොත් x වල ශ්‍රිතයක් කියන එක.
එතකොට f(x) = x^2 - 7x + 12 කියන එක අපිට ගන්න පුලුවන් උදාහරනයක් විදියට.
