I am absolutely in love with the fact that Hwasa has always been one of the few curvier and thicker female idols and that she fully accepts herself for it. We stan a thicc, confident queen.
Celestial Silver am just sad that now she tries to lose more weight while shes already skinny ( if u watch i live alone the tv show u can see that the figure she had is slowly disappearing coz shes too skin)
breezy babe001 actually she really hasn’t lost that much weight since HIP? She’s wearing baggy clothes in the show so of course they’re not going to show off her figure. She’s also said that her weight fluctuates a lot because of genetics. She gains and loses weight naturally a lot. I’m the same way. But she never said that she was intentionally trying to lose weight. I fully support her if she is but she’s said before that she’s confident in herself and her figure and has stopped trying to unhealthily lose weight to fit other people’s standards. Even in the HIP MV; the scene that says “President Hwasa dresses ridiculous at the airport” was taking a stab at/calling out reporters who said she was “too big” to be wearing what she was at the airport.
Celestial Silver thats why i said u should watch the recent "i live alone" she lost so much wait and still she is doing diet, even sung hoon told her shes about to dissappear coz she lost so much weight.. just watch the recent episode of i live alone from the last two weeks and u would see what am talking about
breezy babe001 okay 1. I did watch the episode and Im not that fluent in Korean but even I could tell he was joking. When he said “you’ll disappear” and “I didn’t recognize you” he was using joking language. A lot of Korean humor is very dry and can come off as harsh or harsher than its meant to be. And if you look at her you can actually see she hasn’t lost that much weight in her face. 2. It’s her decision. And it’s her body. If you watch any of the other shows she been on, she almost always jokingly mentions the fact that she’ll diet for about a month and then come off of it and go back to her usual weight. She does it a lot for comebacks. 3. She really does not look super skinny. I can tell even with the baggy clothes that she isn’t just skin and bones. She still has natural body fat in the places it should be in. Another thing is (coming from someone who has tried many diets and has a health trainer as a father) when you first go on a diet that consists of eating way less, it’s a drastic result, and it can go one of two ways. You’ll either gain a lot of weight at first and then lose it once you stick with the diet, or you lose a lot of weight and then you’ll start gaining natural and healthy weight back. And this time She’s doing it in a healthy way as far as I can see. Because a lot of the time if it’s done in an unhealthy way the shoulders, collar bones, and face loose a lot of fat and muscle and become defined. She still has healthy weight in her face and shoulders.
Like I said, I support if she wants to lose weight. But it is not nearly as drastic as you claim it is. There is even a short episode from just last week where she talks about her collab with Dua Lipa and you can see her next to people and she looks similar to the weight she was about a month ago. She has a little more puff in her cheeks and she seems happy with herself. It seems like you’re the only one who’s getting hung up and blowing her dieting choice out of proportion.

Please y’all should react to their immortal song medley, the one when they’re in suits, it’s literally vocal central. They show their vocals so hard and I fell in love with them all over again.❤️ Also Hwasa can pull off any hairstyle at this point 😭

_REACT TO (G)-IDLE OH MY GOD_
This song and “Um Oh Ah Yeh” sent them to ~the top. They started with “Mr. Ambiguous” and “Piano Man” (remains a top MMM track for me), entering the scene with the jazz inspired pop. Got a strong fan base and tons of critical success but not quite the overall attention needed to make an impact in the industry. Therefor.... these fun bops!
Then came “Decalcomanie”, a song I personally describe as ready to be remixed and blasted in gay dance clubs everywhere. (If you react to this, watch the live comeback stage - they are in black suits!! Much attitude is given.)
"Yes I Am” was next and brought back the fun vibe, and mixed it with the straight forward lyrics they are known for now. I feel like that’s when they found themselves. But continued to explore musically.
Something about Mamamoo, they just never make a bad song. I don't think it has anything to do with the song, their voices just make everything sound so good!! This is one of my faves 😄

Ah Mamamoo, always love them. If you're looking for something a bit different might I recommend Stella Jang 'Villain'? She's always had some amazing songs but this one is my favorite right now and it's a very different vibe from a lot of Kpop.
