I was looking for a lightweight blower for my deck. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgioZQl3J5wPGAeDINzbieKbT5qomSEx3 There are some huge trees around my house and the leaves and pods drop all over my deck. Having to move furniture around to sweep has become too big a chore. This blower was the answer. It is light enough for this 70yr old lady and powerful enough to blow all the tree droppings off my rather large deck. Thank you B&D. Be aware the cord is not included. I use a 3 prong outdoor cord 25' cord for my 12' x 20' deck. The cord retainer works very well, but don't try to pass the plug through it. That is NOT how it works. You just have to loop the cord and it works great. One of my best purchases. Very happy.
FINALLY!!! someone who applies it like I thought it should be applied. I see others standing in front of a bush "watering" it for 10 seconds. I thought that couldn't be right. Thank's Doug
I hate to tell you, but he is doing it wrong. You should be paying special attention to the bushes and trees, not the grass. He should also be wearing PPE. If he had read the label he would have known that.
@@wdac1 I've read the labels of the 4 insecticides I use and none of them say anything about where to apply or what PPE to wear. Just bought my SR200. This video was very informative. Looking forward to not donating a pint of blood every time I take the dog out or fire up the grill this summer!
Do you fog at 100% power if you do not need the entire full-speed distance? I am trying to save on chemical so I am thinking that when spraying lower-level shrubs/trees I can get good enough coverage at a lower than full power setting. Thoughts?
Hi ! Thanks for a great video !!! I've bought the same device and I've got a question to you: What number do you set the orange valve at the tip of the spray nozzle to get the same flow you have? It's really important to me as I must do some spraying really soon.
Really good job on this video. There are so many DIY (lawn care) / review videos out there now that have annoyingly long intros and there is way too much fluff. Your video was to the point but thorough enough at the same time. I went out and bought the same unit. Haven't fired it up yet, but I do have a party planned in the backyard later this month so I plan on spraying. Any tips that did not make the video you can share?
Hello great video i want to ask how many trees can you do with 16l of liquid pesticide and how long does it take to empty the spray can? I have 80 peach trees 2.5 meters high and I want to see if it would be convenient for me to buy it and spray them with 2-3 containers of 16 liters
Ivan Campero Cortes as a sprayer/fogger yes. It is gas powered so there are much better options for indoors but I very much expect to see these in use in theme parks and outside areas that require a Larger area of spray. We sell some smaller battery powered sprayers too that you can get a different spray on. The biggest issue I’d see is making sure surface contact is done. Overkill on the spray
Wanted to asked your opinion on what you believe would be the total sq the 2gallon tank might cover? I’m trying to decide between this or the SR 430 or 450. I have about 2 acres and my in-laws have about 5. I’m okay with refilling but not if it 10 times a round lol
With any pest, you need to address the root cause too… standing water, food sources… but the Bifenthren does help with many insects. As always the case read the label and proper use is needed.
Wow, walking through your insecticide with shorts. Most Bifen labels are 1oz/1000SF, if you aren't putting the entire 1 Gallon in that 1000SF you'll be a little light on your product.
Many of the same insecticides used for mosquitoes also work on ticks. If you have an aversion to insecticides, if the oil is sticky, i would not recommend it:

What is written on a pesticide label is law. This is a great example why people should not have access to commercial grade insecticides. No gloves, long pants, long sleeve shirt, or socks. Safety gasses are not required by law, but recommended. Not wearing a filtered mask is insane! Also, the areas you were treating are not approved on the label. The pesticide is labeled as "extremely toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates". It is safe for mammals, but you still want to use common sense. Not trying to give you too hard of a time, but you are breaking laws and compromising your safety. My best advice to you, and people who are watching this video, is to read the pesticide label.
