    Love the Q&A style videos! Hope you do more. I’d like to know how you get those arms? Do you do high reps, low weights? Or low reps, high weights? Congrats on hitting 5k subscribers. You deserve every success!

    Thank you Aunt Pauline, this was a useful video. I turned 50 this year and I live in UK and I have been keen to improve my health and you have been my inspiration. I was delighted to find this protein powder available on Amazon and will give it a go.

      Thanks so very much Donna for letting me know I’m on the right path. One of my all time suggestions for losing weight is to: DRINK PLENTY (and PLENTY) of water. Not only are you flushing the toxins out of your body BUT also calories & fat that are fighting to cling on to the body. Of course your diet has to be a clean one BUT you’ll be surprised with the impact of drinking lots of water.

    I'm wanting to go plant-based and was wondering beside your protein shake what would you eat for the rest of the day.? I'm assuming you do not eat junk food cuz you look so good and I want to be looking as good as you and as fit as you so after all these years what would be things that you would normally eat maybe for lunch and dinner and throughout the day?

      Many, many thanks Autumn. I do intermittent fasting; so the first meal is usually around 2pm (that’s the biggest). That meal consist of a starch (rice) veggies (collard greens, black beans) and a large salad, followed by some kind of fruit for dessert. When I snack it’s usually with almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts or pumpkin seeds AND sometimes I’ll have a bag of popcorn. Basically throughout the day it’s veggies, fruits and nuts😁

    I have sugar-free beef jerky and hardboiled eggs pre-workout, Keto-friendly egg white&whey protein drink mid-workout and 2oz Hemp Seeds post-workout to ensure adequate aminos
