Finally got my WeedleTwineedle fix again! I've had to fill the void with notheroin! Real talk at the end: 1. Your speaking mistakes aren't mistakes when you edit a joke in over them. They're part of your content, and I like them. 2. If you're worried about not getting your mindset across while narrating, do a few takes of each battle and splice what you like together for a video. I'll admit, your narration quality has gone down since you've mostly abandoned taking advantage of our ignorance of what happens next. I enjoy being in suspense and watching you turn a dire situation around. 3. I like your content because of the memes you edit in and the unusual strategies you employ to win. I really miss those Adrive shiny memes... 4. Make videos on something you want to do. Tired of VGC to the point you can't even use the footage you made? Do another let's play. LGPE needs your criticism and memes. 5. You can't be making much off of these videos. Why worry about it? Are you really so worried about money that you'd change your content to be more kid- and algorithm-friendly? That's what a lot of people have done, and it hurt their videos as a result. I watch your videos because you're you. Not someone a corporation tells you you should be. 6. Thank you for sharing. Aw man, that ending was : ( I really enjoy your content, and I know somebody could have said something to this effect before, but watching Pimpnite... even though his movesets are somewhat interesting his opponents always run just as bad if not worse ones and/or make pretty questionable plays. And with people like Shofu or Pokeaim, they don't seem to experiment all too much outside of expected movesets. I don't necessarily dislike any of them, I just think your battles are way more interesting than any other Pokétuber. By the way, you are pretty funny imo. I think some people can take your humour way too seriously but I think it works, and your editing compliments it. Only thing I would say is you could articulate a little bit better sometimes, although I honestly don't care that much, and it's always great when I see you've uploaded. Best of luck to you.

Hey Weedle, I only started watching your content a few months ago, and I don't usually like to watch Poketubers simply because their content gets stale and they usually have no personality. There's a reason I've stuck around on your channel for so long and that is simply because your content is so unique. Your Pokemon knowledge, great references, and awesome commentary keep me coming back to the point where I binged almost all of your videos in the span of two weeks. I would be super understanding if you didn't want to do this anymore, but I think UA-cam would be missing out on one of it's best content creators. Take as much time as you need and remember to give yourself a break every once in a while.
Don't be too hard on yourself we all love you, you are still the best poketuber. If you are too burned out of pokemon battles you could maybe make a playtrough or something. I would watch everything you make, even other games.

First of all, dont even worry about the viewers time management, we decide to watch the video for our reasons and in all honesty, you made me feel really good with this video, it was such a relaxing end to my weekend, at one point I just smiled for a while, enjoying your return. I did notice that the editing wasnt exactly the same and the general feel wasnt the same but I still enjoyed the video a lot, maybe even as much as all other videos because at the videos core, its still you. Also, take all the time you need with figuring the demotivation out, I am subscribed and I wont unsubscribe just cause youre not making videos and im sure a lot of people feel the same. Glad you are doing progress and respectful of your determination to change, its really inspiring, I sure as hell wouldnt have half of it if I was in your position !
I have been watching a lot of your vids this month, (discovered you fairly early) and Im surprised to hear that final message. Your lastest videos are top notch quality, including this one, the reasoning behind your moves is explained and the pace of the battle and the way you speak ( and the spicy memes) are perfectly understandable and comprehensible so I dont think you speak too quickly, in fact all your commentary makes the video very easy to watch( when a 35 min video ends and Im like, wow I watched this so much time and didnt even realized). I think you have a very high standard for quality, maybe its the metagame what is not good enough or interesting enough, maybe you are getting burned out at the game because you can pretty much predict the way everyone plays and it ends up being a rng rulette. So far the content you are putting in is very interesting as most of your rivals make decent plays, while you use theme or joke teams that using gimmicks and unexpected tricks get the opponent to be defeated or at the very least gets the match to a point were even if you lose it is extremely entertaining. I hope you can find what is troubling you so much and fix it.
Weedle, I loved this video. I've been watching dozens of vids you made in 2017 lately. Those are tremendous and gave me a lot of joy in my honestly rather grey existence. By the way, I must say I didn't feel like this video was lacking in quality at all. I don't care about you misspeaking a couple of times (you even make it into something funny regularly) or speaking quickly and I really don't think many people do. It's about the plays, the memes and the jokes, which were all there in abundance. What might drain energy from you in the realm of UA-cam and Pokétubing is how you indulged in far-reaching trolling in the past and how you were often too socially aware. For me as a watcher it was as though you saw the internet as a savage, cold place in which you had to fight and constantly watch everyone to survive as a content creator. While I don't think it has to be like that. You can most definitively stand out through the originality and creativity and skilfulness and wit within your Pokémon content. You don't have to drag your competition through the mud, even if it's done in a playful way. (Repeating an innocent joke about someone ten times will hurt them after all.) Just leave people be, in general but just as well within the Pokémon community. Even if they're objectively annoying or worse. You won't be submitted to much hate in return. Which will save a lot of latent stress. To conclude: take it all a little less serious. Let go of the perfectionism concerning your videos and the seeming paranoia or bloated social awareness on the internet, and the enjoyment might return little by little. I hope you got to read this message, even though it's not entertaining at all (nor trolling, obviously). The best and I'm looking forward to new content, however slowly it'll come!

Hey friend, I just wanted to say I really enjoy your videos, and I understand how hard it can be to put out work you really care about. I have a hard time writing sometimes because I feel what I’m doing isn’t good enough, or that the final product doesn’t reflect the effort I put into it, or that it’s missing a lot of the good ideas I thought of while working on it. I went to neuropsych testing, where basically you do an interview and a bunch of little tests to find out what’s going on with your brain, and I found out that a lot of the stuff I experienced was explainable by me being “twice exceptional,” which is basically where you have a strong talent or ability (for me, my language skills were in the 99.9%-ile) that’s also accompanied by a disability (ADHD, and problems organizing information or sorting between relevant and irrelevant details), resulting in a frustration with my inability to properly present the work I’ve done, as well as a mismatch between the complexity of the ideas I’m able to come up with vs. put together on paper. For me, this was responsible for this constant feeling that I wasn’t living up to my full potential, or that I wasn’t doing good enough or working hard enough. Obviously, knowing all this hasn’t solved everything, but it has helped me be more kind to myself by seeing that my problems aren’t a result of my own personal flaws or laziness, or something that I can just make go away by unraveling it, but that I can work around it and find strategies to help myself cope. I know that when I’m told my work is good, my response is usually something like, “I’m glad you like it, but I don’t think it’s actually good”-like it’s far less than what I know it could be, or that I put a bunch of work in and only 10% of it is there, so people only think this is good because they don’t know better. It’s a really painful mindset, because it means I can’t really connect with any of the positivity of the people I’m making this work for, but I often have a hard time not believing it. I don’t yet have an answer for this that I believe in my gut, but what I’m starting to see is that in an important sense my disability isn’t something holding me back from what I’m capable of, but rather the intersection of my ability and my disability *determines* what I’m capable of; that 10% I’m achieving isn’t me being such a bad person that I’m wasting 90% of my ability, it is my current capability within my human limitations, and that other 90% is the room for growth that I will unlock as I learn to work around and past my disability. I am doing my best work right now, and the things people are telling me about how good it is are valid: I can try enjoy that even as work to grow toward my full potential, and I have the advantage of being able to know what that looks like and let it motivate me. And other limitations I have, like depression, or lack of time, etc., work the same way. Anyway, I don’t know if this will help you, but I hope it does. I want you to know that, your room for growth aside, I love the content you produce now, and it’s helping me find interest in a Pokémon scene that has been feeling stale. I got a huge smile on my face when I saw that play you made with the copycat/power swap gambit, and then again with the crazy weakness policy strat, and yet again when you power swapped it around to keep it relevant. I honestly thought you looked like a magician, and every time the next layer came I was like “she didn’t.” Your videos are like watching a shonen protagonist pull of some wild bullshit back to back, and it feeds me. You have a great style and channel aesthetic going on that’s refreshing and personal, and I can see your edits are a tier above the quality and care I see in other UA-cam channels. I know you’re struggling with a lot, and I know it may be hard to receive it when I say this, but I honestly think that where you are is excellent, and you have no reason to feel guilty about what you are giving us: if you feel unsatisfied by the quality or quantity you’re putting out, that’s totally valid, but I want you to know that feeling comes from within, not from without. I don’t, and I get the impression your other viewers don’t, blame or feel disappointed in you: you don’t need to apologize to us, nor to yourself, for the quality of your work, which is good. Maybe it can be better: but please don’t feel guilty about your room for growth, and know that where you are now is valid and appreciated.

look, i understand what you're going through, but trust me that us long time fans will still enjoy you're "worse" videos, just because of their fun movesets, also, you can always just fill it with memes (no adrive meme today smh) i do enjoy your content, and i have the same mindset as you when i play pokemon, which is bringing bad pokemon or weird sets, not expecting to succeed, but to have fun (and when it works its so satisfying, i am mid ladder in the OU based monoype using 4 PUs, a NU and a UU pokemon and it's weird that my shitty mono Rock can destroy mid level players) anyways, upload the videos, maybe add extra memes to them and us long time fans (which is basically 99% of your viewers considering youtube and how nice they are to you) we'll enjoy them

Hey man, I listened to the serious part of the video, and I just wanna say that all of us support you no matter what (well, I can only really speak for myself, but I assume - and hope - this is the common sentiment amongst your fanbase). We don't care if you need to take your time to upload, and we don't care if your timing isn't perfect or you speak a little too fast or something - you're still the only UA-camr who can pull off crazy Pokemon sets and make us laugh all the while, and besides, stuff like that is what separates you from a text-to-speech bot, and what makes you funny and makes each video new and different from the last. On the subject of demonetization - I know it's a typical UA-camr thing to do, but maybe opening a Patreon might be something you could do - that way you could focus on doing and saying whatever you want in your videos without having to worry about censorship or anything like that. With all that said, I (and I hope everyone else) will always support you, and I (we) respect any decision(s) you make.

Thanks for the new video. I did the plays you make. I'm here for your unique strategies and edits. I usually go back to your older videos from time to time for that very reason. I don't know what to say about that shit other than to consistently work on it and to not overthink everything. I know when I'm feeling down or anxious, I overthink, hesitate toward taking positive steps, and feel like reaching out is pointless. QOTD: I thought I'd be playing Pichu, Villager, Isabelle, Ice Climbers, Piranha Plant, and Pikachu more, but that's not the case. 1. Your speaking mistakes aren't mistakes when you edit a joke in over them. They're part of your content, and I like them.
2. If you're worried about not getting your mindset across while narrating, do a few takes of each battle and splice what you like together for a video. I'll admit, your narration quality has gone down since you've mostly abandoned taking advantage of our ignorance of what happens next. I enjoy being in suspense and watching you turn a dire situation around.
3. I like your content because of the memes you edit in and the unusual strategies you employ to win. I really miss those Adrive shiny memes...
4. Make videos on something you want to do. Tired of VGC to the point you can't even use the footage you made? Do another let's play. LGPE needs your criticism and memes.
5. You can't be making much off of these videos. Why worry about it? Are you really so worried about money that you'd change your content to be more kid- and algorithm-friendly? That's what a lot of people have done, and it hurt their videos as a result. I watch your videos because you're you. Not someone a corporation tells you you should be.

I really enjoy your content, and I know somebody could have said something to this effect before, but watching Pimpnite... even though his movesets are somewhat interesting his opponents always run just as bad if not worse ones and/or make pretty questionable plays. And with people like Shofu or Pokeaim, they don't seem to experiment all too much outside of expected movesets. I don't necessarily dislike any of them, I just think your battles are way more interesting than any other Pokétuber.
By the way, you are pretty funny imo. I think some people can take your humour way too seriously but I think it works, and your editing compliments it. Only thing I would say is you could articulate a little bit better sometimes, although I honestly don't care that much, and it's always great when I see you've uploaded. Best of luck to you.

Hey Weedle, I only started watching your content a few months ago, and I don't usually like to watch Poketubers simply because their content gets stale and they usually have no personality. There's a reason I've stuck around on your channel for so long and that is simply because your content is so unique. Your Pokemon knowledge, great references, and awesome commentary keep me coming back to the point where I binged almost all of your videos in the span of two weeks. I would be super understanding if you didn't want to do this anymore, but I think UA-cam would be missing out on one of it's best content creators. Take as much time as you need and remember to give yourself a break every once in a while.

First of all, dont even worry about the viewers time management, we decide to watch the video for our reasons and in all honesty, you made me feel really good with this video, it was such a relaxing end to my weekend, at one point I just smiled for a while, enjoying your return. I did notice that the editing wasnt exactly the same and the general feel wasnt the same but I still enjoyed the video a lot, maybe even as much as all other videos because at the videos core, its still you. Also, take all the time you need with figuring the demotivation out, I am subscribed and I wont unsubscribe just cause youre not making videos and im sure a lot of people feel the same. I have been watching a lot of your vids this month, (discovered you fairly early) and Im surprised to hear that final message. Your lastest videos are top notch quality, including this one, the reasoning behind your moves is explained and the pace of the battle and the way you speak ( and the spicy memes) are perfectly understandable and comprehensible so I dont think you speak too quickly, in fact all your commentary makes the video very easy to watch( when a 35 min video ends and Im like, wow I watched this so much time and didnt even realized). I think you have a very high standard for quality, maybe its the metagame what is not good enough or interesting enough, maybe you are getting burned out at the game because you can pretty much predict the way everyone plays and it ends up being a rng rulette. So far the content you are putting in is very interesting as most of your rivals make decent plays, while you use theme or joke teams that using gimmicks and unexpected tricks get the opponent to be defeated or at the very least gets the match to a point were even if you lose it is extremely entertaining. I hope you can find what is troubling you so much and fix it.

Weedle, I loved this video. I've been watching dozens of vids you made in 2017 lately. Those are tremendous and gave me a lot of joy in my honestly rather grey existence. By the way, I must say I didn't feel like this video was lacking in quality at all. I don't care about you misspeaking a couple of times (you even make it into something funny regularly) or speaking quickly and I really don't think many people do. It's about the plays, the memes and the jokes, which were all there in abundance. What might drain energy from you in the realm of UA-cam and Pokétubing is how you indulged in far-reaching trolling in the past and how you were often too socially aware. For me as a watcher it was as though you saw the internet as a savage, cold place in which you had to fight and constantly watch everyone to survive as a content creator. While I don't think it has to be like that. You can most definitively stand out through the originality and creativity and skilfulness and wit within your Pokémon content. You don't have to drag your competition through the mud, even if it's done in a playful way. (Repeating an innocent joke about someone ten times will hurt them after all.) Just leave people be, in general but just as well within the Pokémon community. Even if they're objectively annoying or worse. You won't be submitted to much hate in return. Which will save a lot of latent stress. To conclude: take it all a little less serious. Let go of the perfectionism concerning your videos and the seeming paranoia or bloated social awareness on the internet, and the enjoyment might return little by little. I hope you got to read this message, even though it's not entertaining at all (nor trolling, obviously). The best and I'm looking forward to new content, however slowly it'll come!

Hey friend, I just wanted to say I really enjoy your videos, and I understand how hard it can be to put out work you really care about. I have a hard time writing sometimes because I feel what I’m doing isn’t good enough, or that the final product doesn’t reflect the effort I put into it, or that it’s missing a lot of the good ideas I thought of while working on it. I went to neuropsych testing, where basically you do an interview and a bunch of little tests to find out what’s going on with your brain, and I found out that a lot of the stuff I experienced was explainable by me being “twice exceptional,” which is basically where you have a strong talent or ability (for me, my language skills were in the 99.9%-ile) that’s also accompanied by a disability (ADHD, and problems organizing information or sorting between relevant and irrelevant details), resulting in a frustration with my inability to properly present the work I’ve done, as well as a mismatch between the complexity of the ideas I’m able to come up with vs. put together on paper. For me, this was responsible for this constant feeling that I wasn’t living up to my full potential, or that I wasn’t doing good enough or working hard enough. Obviously, knowing all this hasn’t solved everything, but it has helped me be more kind to myself by seeing that my problems aren’t a result of my own personal flaws or laziness, or something that I can just make go away by unraveling it, but that I can work around it and find strategies to help myself cope.
I know that when I’m told my work is good, my response is usually something like, “I’m glad you like it, but I don’t think it’s actually good”-like it’s far less than what I know it could be, or that I put a bunch of work in and only 10% of it is there, so people only think this is good because they don’t know better. It’s a really painful mindset, because it means I can’t really connect with any of the positivity of the people I’m making this work for, but I often have a hard time not believing it. I don’t yet have an answer for this that I believe in my gut, but what I’m starting to see is that in an important sense my disability isn’t something holding me back from what I’m capable of, but rather the intersection of my ability and my disability *determines* what I’m capable of; that 10% I’m achieving isn’t me being such a bad person that I’m wasting 90% of my ability, it is my current capability within my human limitations, and that other 90% is the room for growth that I will unlock as I learn to work around and past my disability. I am doing my best work right now, and the things people are telling me about how good it is are valid: I can try enjoy that even as work to grow toward my full potential, and I have the advantage of being able to know what that looks like and let it motivate me. And other limitations I have, like depression, or lack of time, etc., work the same way.
Anyway, I don’t know if this will help you, but I hope it does. I want you to know that, your room for growth aside, I love the content you produce now, and it’s helping me find interest in a Pokémon scene that has been feeling stale. I got a huge smile on my face when I saw that play you made with the copycat/power swap gambit, and then again with the crazy weakness policy strat, and yet again when you power swapped it around to keep it relevant. I honestly thought you looked like a magician, and every time the next layer came I was like “she didn’t.” Your videos are like watching a shonen protagonist pull of some wild bullshit back to back, and it feeds me. You have a great style and channel aesthetic going on that’s refreshing and personal, and I can see your edits are a tier above the quality and care I see in other UA-cam channels. I know you’re struggling with a lot, and I know it may be hard to receive it when I say this, but I honestly think that where you are is excellent, and you have no reason to feel guilty about what you are giving us: if you feel unsatisfied by the quality or quantity you’re putting out, that’s totally valid, but I want you to know that feeling comes from within, not from without. I don’t, and I get the impression your other viewers don’t, blame or feel disappointed in you: you don’t need to apologize to us, nor to yourself, for the quality of your work, which is good. Maybe it can be better: but please don’t feel guilty about your room for growth, and know that where you are now is valid and appreciated.

Hey man, I listened to the serious part of the video, and I just wanna say that all of us support you no matter what (well, I can only really speak for myself, but I assume - and hope - this is the common sentiment amongst your fanbase). We don't care if you need to take your time to upload, and we don't care if your timing isn't perfect or you speak a little too fast or something - you're still the only UA-camr who can pull off crazy Pokemon sets and make us laugh all the while, and besides, stuff like that is what separates you from a text-to-speech bot, and what makes you funny and makes each video new and different from the last. On the subject of demonetization - I know it's a typical UA-camr thing to do, but maybe opening a Patreon might be something you could do - that way you could focus on doing and saying whatever you want in your videos without having to worry about censorship or anything like that. With all that said, I (and I hope everyone else) will always support you, and I (we) respect any decision(s) you make.

Hey sister, just take it easy. Play some smash, go outside, maybe take up writing. Learn to cook something new. Sometimes it takes a total reset or dive into something outside of your comfort zone to get you out of the rut. Take a vacation if you can. I don't always post in the Discord, But I always check in every now-an-then to see how everyone is doing. There is no way anyone would be disappointed or upset with you for taking a break or taking your time. I mean hell, Nintendo just scrapped YEARS of development on Metroid Prime 4 so they could restart and bring in the original team because they knew what they were doing would not please the fans and would not be up to their standards. Sure some were a little sad - but also excited at this added effort. The same can be said with you. Sometimes it takes a little more time, sometimes a little less.Of course I'm going to say ' do what makes you happy' But sometimes it's not that clear or that easy. Honestly, I don't care how long the time period was between this upload and the last one: I know that you work very hard on each video and I appreciate the effort that you put into your videos! I think you do a fantastic job and I love your editing skills!
I know what it's like to feel like your work isn't good enough; I feel like that a lot with my schoolwork as well. However, it's important to just take a step back and say that you are doing your best and then try to think about all the evidence that you have that proves that you work hard and are making the best videos possible: like all the editing that you do and the time you take into making movesets for your mons.

I'm sorry about the mini essay, but the answer to the question of the day is that I usually main the pokemon characters in Smash like greninja, lucario, incineroar and the pokemon trainer, but I do like Falco, Duck Hunt and Ridley as well.
Not a huge fan of the fire emblem characters cause my brother is a much better player than I am and he'd always beat me in Smash with Marth and Roy.
