Crystals don't distract me from the horrible bitter side of this planet, it's not realistic to feel so positively unfortunately.
+alexa Rose I think it is indeed a challenge to view life positively when there is so much sadness in the world. I think our life's pursuit should be to put love and light in a world of so much pain. As St. Francis of Assisi said “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.”

alexa Rose I'm sorry you feel that way, unfortunately you're incorrect. It's not bitterness of the planet, it's bitterness of the humans who have taken over and claimed it their own, when in fact this planet does not belong to us. It pains me to see the damage that has come to the Earth since humans arrived! I love Sarah for being positive in the midst of the world's pain. If it weren't for people like her, this world really would be screwed (for lack of a better term). I hope you find a happiness that doesn't distract you from the pain, but mends it, and heals your heart! You have a beautiful name.

wow! My mouth dropped when I saw the huge amethist. I used to collect crystals and precious stones as a kid and this would have been my dream place to go! Crystals are indeed amazing
s. ssame my collection is pretty small I have like 4 specimens and 1 baguette cut ruby the other four are pink chalcedony green garnet on zoisite and a calcite clam and pyrite

I have the Space Problem actually. I collected without knowing how much i really had. Now i am between 450-500 Pieces, some smaller, a lot Bigger and i dont know where to leave them. Maybe i need to sale a Bunch, but that would be a SAD MOMENT :D

All those crystals are so beautiful, it was mesmerizing to watch! That blue calcite you got is incredibly beautiful! Baby blue is my favourite colour. And that rose quartz bath tub, oh my goodnesss!! I am sure it felt amazing to be around all those beautiful crystals!

Pseudoscience, it’s bad for the earth. Leave the crystals and oil in the ground. It’s the same concept. If you’re against fracking and mining for coal, you should be against mining for crystals. It comes from the same place and same methods. Leave it in the ground! Ugh crystal powers are simply the placebo effect

Natural citrine can be extremely pale yellow. I bet the lighting want the best and it is just very pale yellow :)

Extremely beautiful. So good to know of events such as these. Very powerful and healing energy to be surrounded by for sure. What a great time to be had. Kudos for getting it on the plane.
This brings back good memories, my grandfather Don Duncan bought and sold minerals out of Yuma. The house was filled with "rocks" as I called them and he would tell me no these are not rocks they're minerals! He had so many that they bought the house next to theirs as well.
My grandmother would fold little boxes, label and glue samples they sold all over the world. They went to lots of gem shows together. Sadly they have both passed on and my father also but never forgotten.

Yes I recently picked up some gemstone (birth stone of my children's birth month). It's my new collection....I treasure them and take care of them dearly.

Alright, first of all it's 2:02AM here and woke up my fiance by screaming over the crystals. LOL I am so passionate about crystals, gemstones, minerals, and it is my absolute dream to go to the Tucson Gem Show. It would be the equivalent of Disney Land to a child for me. Hahaha. I couldn't stop pausing the video to stare at the crystals. Thank you so so so so so much Sarah for showing us little clips of the show. It means the world to me! :D The labradorite cuff you got is amazing! (It's one of my favorite gemstones.) I want to say so many things right now, I feel overwhelmed. Haha. My fiance laughed because I would say the same things like you at the same time, it was funny! He said: "You two girls really love gems, I can tell." ^_^ I am excited because he got me an Uruguayan Amethyst cathedral yesterday, and now this video. So much happiness! Thank you Sarah for sharing such an amazing experience! I wish we could be neighbors so I can share this passion of mine with a friend and show you my crystal collection!
My jaw dropped when I saw the labradorite cuff! I am drawn to labradorite. In Michigan we have a rock & gem show and I thought it was overwhelming. It is nothing compared to that Tucson one. Wow amazing...I want to go now!
