Being skinny is okay. Not being skinny is okay too. But making fun of someone or solely treating them differently, only because of their body type is not okay at all. People who are like that need to grow up. I guarantee that if you were fat or too skinny you would not want anyone making fun of you. This story is honestly really inspiring to me. I play both soccer and basketball and people always tell me I’m a “twig” or look at how small I am and what am I gonna do about it. Well that doesn’t stop me. Some day I’m gonna be the best of the best and I gonna prove everyone wrong. I don’t care how much work it take because I will get there. I am also very fast and even tho im one of the smallest on the team I know I am the fastest and I could get around all the players on my team. So if your reading this, no matter if your small or big, short or tall, fast or slow, you can do anything you put your mind to believe in yourself and work each and every day. I was the skinniest one on my high school football team but I got accepted. Even though I didn’t get much playing time on the field, I was still happy to be on the team.
A Real Inspirational Video. Skinny people get bullied too and I love seeing how Mitchell's father gave him encouragement to continue playing football and he won the game. Being skinny is okay. Not being skinny is okay too. Yes I understand that being too skinny or being overweight could be unhealthy but that’s not the point at all. The point is making fun of someone or solely treating them differently, only because of their body type is not okay at all. People who are like that need to grow up. As a teenager who has been playing football for the past 7 years, I have always experienced people judging me by my size. I play running back and for my size being a running back, I an pretty small. I always have been one of the smallest kids on the past teams i have played for. I have played with and against much bigger guys than me, and probably twice the size and weight of me. Right now as a starting JV running back, I am 5’6 and 125 pounds. But it doesn’t stop me from proving people wrong. I have always been told by my dad and my coaches , that it doesn’t matter by size, all that matters is playing with passion and heart. It will take you a long way. Trust me. Once coaches see that you dont back down from a battle and you always put all your heart and even sacrificing your body to the sport, they will see something in you that nobody else sees. Also always know that the bigger they are , the harder they fall, and the smaller you are, the harder you hit. Don’t the size of a person intimidate you. Just play the sport with your all, passion, and heart.

I’m a leaner lineman. Around 190-200 lbs 6’1. My upper body is pretty built but my legs are chicken. It’s rough going up against people 120-150 lbs heavier than you, especially considering I suck. But I make do and give it my all every rep.

If that’s how it is, why did this kid need to gain weight so he could play? There is a whole weight gain montage. Darr Man agreed the kid was too weak and small to play football and needed to be bigger by like 20 pounds and had to stop being vegan by eating a cheeseburger.
