(not the same year though ;o) lol We have 2 kids (a girl and a boy). Tamera what you said about divide and conquer (quality time with each child) is what we do as well; but staying connected has fallen over the years due to my husband's immediate family (in laws) with their demands and pressures and juggling life with kids. Our kids love each other but I have never seen children argue as much as ours. These things happening can take a toll on a marriage, I thank God we still love each other and desire being married to one another for our forever. What can one do to stay connected when they have no one that they can rely on to watch the children?! Its been hard and frustrating. But I am thankful to God that in the midst of these unfortunate times we can still have a laugh together, joke with one another, be silly, have conversations, smile at each other. Placing God in the center of a relationship is what works. Even individually. Sometimes we dream of moving away so that we can have a new beginning and a better focus on just us 4. Just came across Tamaras page and seeing her family after not really knowing anything about her since her sister sister days. I really am so happy for her and her beautiful family. She’s a beautiful wife and mother full of joy. I’m years late on the drama, but I was so upset to see how much hate this couple received for being interracial… and not just hated over race but people made it political because he used to work at fox. Who cares?. I miss the days where we could still love eachother beyond our opinions or disagreements. The absolute hate I saw they received was just beyond unnecessary. The best “revenge” it seems was happiness. I’m so happy to see it. Tamera and Adam have a great marriage! The things they are saying here are so very true, especially in this day and age lots of couples who have been together for years are divorced and I believe that a lot of things play a role in the demise and I am willing to bet that “selfishness” is probably top 5! The part where Tamara was saying how couples looked distant towards each other in restaurant was absolutely hilarious!

I sat and listen to this whole video like I was in a class and I'm over 60, I've been married three times and didn't get it quite right; obviously but if there is a fourth time (which I think there is going to be)...
