Jordan Spieth helps Wish come true with lesson at Valero Texas Open

- During the summer of 2021, Kendall was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma. Due to her cancer, doctors removed one of her femurs and she has had to learn to walk again with a prosthetic leg. On March 23rd, 2022, the Make-A-Wish foundation surprised Kendall with her own custom golf cart as she has shared interest in learning the game of golf. Just a week later through the Valero Texas Open and the PGA TOUR, Kendall was invited to TPC San Antonio (Oaks Course) to visit Titleist and spend some time with Jordan Spieth. Titleist surprises Kendall with a brand new set of golf clubs while Jordan Spieth gives Kendall her very first golf lesson.

@@kendall5227 its so vary humbling to see you respond, I cant even imagine what your going through. Im praying for you, keep your eyes on the lord he with you no matter what. At time you may get frustated. but I know that God loves you. I want you to know that Gods will is not for sickness to be in your life, its has never been God wills for his people get sick, but the devil comes to destroy. Never be discouraged and feeling like it not God will for you to be healed when people pray as I have. We can see in mathew chaper 17 were Jesus's deciples prayer for a boy with epilepsy the boy did not get healed like the others they prayed for, so they went and asked Jesus why the boy wasn't healed. What people would say now aday is that it isnt Gods will, but Jesus said " becouse of your unbelief" after this he said ways to have more faith and said " this kind goes out only through prayer and fasting" Jesus prayed for the boy and he was healed. I just want to encourage you, God bless!!!

Kendall, you're an inspiration to all of us people who live, never having experienced what you and so many others have had to contend with. I was amased at how well Kendall kit the ball, Jordan was never one of the pros I was really liking that much. But, after you did this, I can only look at you in a much brighter light. Way to go Jordan? Pros like this are absolutely wonderful. The first pro I saw wo befriended a youngster was Greg Norman, and that did the same thing to me, putting him in a more brighter light as a human being.. I hope the PGA Tour channel does more of these features about the pros befriending our deserving youth.
