- Many people have asked if it was possible for the Axis to win WWII, short answer, no. But what if the Axis was strengthened to be super strong in HOI4?

"Competent" I mean Japan took over all of East Asia and Germany took over all of Europe in a year or so.
Yeah, it wasn't them being incompetent that lost the war, they just never could have won it

A competent Axis would require only three nations. Germany, Japan and the USSR or Germany, Japan and the US. The reasons are pretty straightforward. You wouldn't even need the latter to join the war (US and USSR). All you'd need is for them to provide the much needed resources to the other two and they'd steamroll the entire globe faster than you could say AAAAHHHHHHH!

@@devvytm all Germany had to do was wait to invade the Soviet Union until the west was dealt with and if he had to (which after the war stalin said he planned to invade Germany anyway) not halt the offensive to get the newest technology to the front snd just break for Moscow
I was waiting for the moment "Soviet Union starts a counter offensive and pushes back German troops to moscow and rostov"
But Soviet Union even lost to Germany

Ti ricordo che l'esercito italiano, formato da contadini con due settimane di addestramento, hanno tenuto sotto scacco per parecchio tempo il ben più numeroso, e meglio addestrato, esercito britannico aiutato da tutte le sue colonie e con rifornimenti americani di tutto punto.
Si, c'era Rommel, certo, ma le divisioni tedesche erano un numero veramente irrisorio rispetto al numero di soldati italiani e controparte alleata.
