It's so heart warming when someone visits and explores your home country with such wonder and appreciation. I love your content and the fact that you're on a motorcycle makes it that much more special.
My wife and I experienced the same weather conditions on the 3rd of March as we were traveling the opposite direction to Rona in our Motorhome. We were going to stay in Tekapo that night but decided to traveled through to Cromwell to beat the strong wind warning for the next day. Love seeing the places Runa visits as a lot of the places we visited as well.
The South Island of New Zealand is certainly a place any Norwegian or Swede could emigrate to and not suffer too much from Homesickness because there are so many familiar but refreshingly different places to experience and wonder at and the lifestyle is much like Australia in many places relaxed and nothing much fazes you. Just get on with living life and experiencing a wonderful panaorame nature provides with a different discovery around every corner, Ride safely and enjoy what is before you and cherish what you have lived and seen for it is truly wonderous
Great video Runa. Takes us back to our trip around the South Island of New Zealand in a camper van. We stayed at Lake Pukaki and visited Mount Cook National Park. We’re from Scotland where we have fantastic mountain scenery just like you have in Norway but New Zealand is on a different level. Keep safe. Irvine & Karen.
Wow ,did not know about the clay cliffs on South Island. Impressive formations and just as surreal as the Badlands National Park environment in the USA. Can't wait to see where you go next and any further surprises you uncover.
Hello beautiful Runa 🤗❤, absolutely gorgeous beautiful scenery, you just never disappoint, ever! 😀 Thanx so much, love and well wishes, Ken & Michelle 🤗🤗🌹🌹🌸🌸❤❤
New Zealand is a very special place and so many beautiful views. Thanks again, Runa, for your relaxed and warm personality. It makes such a pleasure to watch and listen to you.
Hi Runa, a great episode some wonderful footage of the beauty that New Zealand has to offer, and your last scene where you say you can't see everything but basically take the time to enjoy what you do see is so true, those memories will last a life time. Ride safe enjoy.
Thanks Runa for showcasing New Zealand with your travels. Being a New Zealander I travel the South Island each year to recharge myself. Around every corner is another "wow" experience and food for your soul.
Hi Runa, another charming episode full of stunning NZ scenery. So happy that you visited glorious Mt Cook in clear weather. I have been so lucky to see the summit exposed 4 out of the 5 times I visited and stayed there. The Hooker Valley Trek/walk was also a stunning experience for me, (maybe next time for you? 🤞). Hearing you comment about seeing the colour of Lake Pukaki also reminded me of my first visit. I just had to keep going back again & again. Thankyou so much for sharing your NZ journey Runa and the effort you make to create these great videos. Cheers from Australia.🤩😍🤩🦘🦘🦘
Been there, done that (by car). Doing it again on my Africa Twin is on my long bucket list. Thanks for sharing this video. It brings back good memories
Great. Now I want to go out for a ride and a camp! :D The sun is shining, the grass is green, the breeze fair and the sky is blue. Ah, wait, correction, the wind is strong. Side winds, yes, they are very tiring and hard on one's neck especially when it's blustery (sudden strong then soft cycles).
So your journey is done of episode in new zeland them i'm appreaciated and thank you very much ms. Runa grydeland about expose beautiful country. God bless you ms. Runa grydeland. So what next the journey of exicited runa?. I'm waiting . Anyway when you will sleep you look so sweet while tiring slayer of the head, wearing the jacket. Okay ms. Runa grydeland i pray you foe long live and health, your family among them ( father, mother, sister, brother, uncle,) also. I hopefull we meet up in indonesia country . Love you . Take care be safe always everywhere. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Wow, another great video and I like the thoughts you add at your day start and end. You have a sort of planned spontaneity - a loose plan within a certain plan. Beautiful country to travel by bike
Hi Runa 👋, wow another stunning video from start to finish, what a stunning country New Zealand 🇳🇿 is , I couldn't get over the colour of the sea beautiful, and I don't blame you not wanting to leave, I really don't like riding in strong winds I find it scary, mother nature is powerful, On a different subject you have a lovely smile 😊, Thank you for this great video, I hope you're keeping well, Best wishes Roy in England 👍😊.
What a shame you didn’t camp at the DOC camping ground ground at the Hermitage there is a wonderful little museum manly dedicated to Sir Edmond Hillary, supposedly the first person to climb Mt Everest. Plus the view is jaw dropping. Thank You for sharing Runa, how beautiful was this episode 🤗
Love your tattoos. And the Husqvarna cap is so cool. My favorite part is the little bit where you run into the Africa Twin rider. Seeing another person enjoying what you're doing is such a wonderful part of our passion ❤
My part of the world. Danseys Pass was fun with a tour coach meeting two stock truck and trailer units meeting and creeping past each other near the end of your ride through. Was through the lakes area a month or two later, fairly chilly at night.
As per usual Runa you take us to the most spectacular sights possible but as you state on camera it is impossible to see everything, which we appreciate as your time there was limited. And now your home, experiencing what weather we have in store for approaching winter months and this weekend onwards Snow is predicted to fall. Time to hibernate me thinks.
Winter sure is approaching, nothing to do about that! I'm happy to have these episodes to work on, to daydream about those warmer days 😍 Have a great weekend!
New Zealand is stunningly beautiful indeed! Thanks for showing us. Always a pleasure riding along with you; no rush, no strrress, enjoying yourself is most important, it shows :-) 👋🌷from the Netherlands, at the other side, TW.
Hi Runa! Videoene dine kommer veldig sent. Du lastet opp en februar-video i november. Vennligst last opp to videoer i uken. Vi på UA-cam venter spent på videoene dine. Kjærlighet fra Tyrkia.❤
Most of this area was originally native bush. Pockets were burnt out by Maori in the search of Moa. Europeans arrived (including my forberias) and the land was transformed to pasture for stock. Regardless my backyard is beautiful! If you get the chance explore and and stay in some of the DOC high country huts.
Hi, I just seen your tattoo on your right arm. It’s Thai language! I’m Thai, so I just WOW! However, thanks for your beautiful videos, locations you been and absolutely your bike! 😊
Hi Runa, you’ve outdone yourself yet again. Every content is better than the last. The seal was a good consolation for no penguins. And the image of the road leading to the clear view of Mount Cook was epic. Do you get a commission from New Zealand Tourism? 😂. Thank you again for sharing the love. Geoff, from Fremantle Western Australia 🇦🇺 🦘
Danseys Pass on gravel road was enticing. Lake Pukaki was mystical ( is that glacier melt water?). Mount Cook was majestic - and what a great composition with the flat plains in the foreground leading right into the craggy sweep up to snow capped peaks! Awesome! 👌👍😊
Yeah, the moon. In the northern hemisphere, when the moon is waxing, it's lit up on the right side, and the shadow is on the left, but there, it's the other way around. It looked more in the top and bottom positions, with a slight twist to the right side and the lit side. The right-lit side is a waxing moon in the North, but is it a waning moon in the South?
Another brilliant episode Runa, made all the sweeter with the stickers I got from your store arriving this week 😎 And what was the name of that lake again? 👀😂
I really appreciate your efforts! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

We wanted so much to see you swim...
Awesome you’re back ohno no penguins but the view is beautiful everywhere you look
The lake looked so inviting 💙... until that moment 🥶🥶🥶
Awesome as always, but I can’t believe you skipped the penguins! 😮
Very beautiful and more than wonderful area, have a good trip😊

Great video thanks... good night
Awesome video. FYI - The “sprinklers” are nothing to do with fire, they are irrigation for the farm paddocks to keep grass green :)
Beautiful 👍
Love your tattoos. And the Husqvarna cap is so cool. My favorite part is the little bit where you run into the Africa Twin rider. Seeing another person enjoying what you're doing is such a wonderful part of our passion ❤
Thank you! And I agree - randomly meeting other people along the way is so nice, it's such a great community we are all part of 🥰
My part of the world. Danseys Pass was fun with a tour coach meeting two stock truck and trailer units meeting and creeping past each other near the end of your ride through. Was through the lakes area a month or two later, fairly chilly at night.
Nice to see you again Arun. You ride in places I have been myself and it is so beautiful to see someone else enjoying them..
