i got one of these sets just the other day, i havent been able to find any real information about it. In the photo on the amazon page the guy has a reverse grip so i think he's doing back but i cant tell, so im not sure if thats the technic youre supposed to use for back. Id also like to know the strength of each of the bungies. but like i said i cant find any real info. over all though im pretty impressed.
