???🤣🤣. Nice infomercial. Well that is not a lake with boating facilities. It is a drainage pond with canoe/kayak facilities. 35 years ago when we were looking for a new house, we came across a property like that (10 acres) with a drainage pond. Problem was that it was approximately 5km from the town. My wife being a physician need to take on call and wanted to sleep in the house (not hospital beds). Dropped the idea and bought nice house in the town close to the hospital.
Binnichen to call a water body as a lake needs "wind swept" shoreline. A have a cottage in norther Ontario with a wind swept shore line.
The lake has a shoreline of approx. 176 KM and total quantity of fresh water is about 1.6 billion cubic meters. Yes, I only own about 250 ft. of the shoreline. There are no crocs, snakes or alligators.🤣🤣🤣 The lake can deliver 1 cu meter of fresh water to each and every Indian in India.😂😅
